Awful customer service! Twice they scheduled me and TWICE they cancelled! What’s even worse is that the they did not even bother to show up or call for the second appointment! Jamie (the gal I was e-mailing back and forth) claimed that she did not receive confirmation even though I had the e-mail that confirmed the time! Instead of apologizing she didn’t take responsibility of her mistake. Totally inconvenient since we had to rearrange our schedules for the appointment. Awful experience.
