Joseph Witt – Coldwell Banker

Having spent several years, as a twenty-​something, working for my uncle, an über-​successful Virginia realtor, I know exactly what makes a realtor great. It’s a LONG list of qualities and very few people combine them all. Recently (August ’15), when my wife and I decided to sell our Bellevue condo, we asked Joe Witt to handle BOTH ends of our project: the condo sale and closing on our new custom home in Tacoma. I’ve seen quite a few sale transactions in my life and don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone handle not one but two, simultaneously, with as much skill, an almost total lack of stress on us, and firm but friendly negotiations that absolutely came out in our favor — in both cases. Joe was the epitome of Professional and a dream to work with, combining unflappable calm with real drive. I cannot say enough about what he did for us and would recommend him to ANYONE, any time, for any transaction. I cannot thank him enough for making what could have been a back-​breaking ordeal SO much easier to handle.
