This market is not fancy or large, but I liked the selection of vendors. Also, the food vendors were really good. We partook in the pizza, kettle corn, and tacos, and they were all great and really nice(we ordered 25 pizza’s just before they closed, and they took it in stride). There were also a couple of produce vendors that had a nice selection. It is also right next to the lake, so you can grab some food and hang out in the park for an enjoyable sunset. Overall, a great place to be on a friday night.

Pretty cool place to check out if you have some time on a Friday afternoon. Didn’t buy any fruit but it looked pretty good overall. The market is small, so don’t be shocked if you’re used to larger places. I was about to try out a tamale or pizza that previous Unilocalers had recommended, but decided to go with a crêpe, which turned out to be excellent! They had a good selection of savory and sweet crepes. The savory crepes had fresh toppings and choices with pesto and alfredo sauce. I had a sweet nutella crêpe with strawberries, which was amazing! The crêpe was cooked perfectly and the presentation was beautiful. What I also really loved was that the strawberries were for the most part great as well(and not the sour things that some crêpe makers like to sneak into your crêpe, hoping that the sweet toppings would disguise them). If I have time I would love to come back and try a savory crêpe(I have never been tempted to get a savory crêpe before)! Last note: the market is literally right next to the lake and there’s a park nearby. Its a great place to chill on a Friday afternoon with friends and enjoy a little something by the lake.

Such a fun local market! A great way to spend those lazy Summer Friday afternoons in Kirkland. The people who are vending are really nice and will generally have samples of what they are selling out for you to try. And the people selling jewelry and other non-food items have amazing things to sell. There’s something for everyone to enjoy! Also it’s at Juanita beach so you can bring the kids to play at the park while you walk through the market! I really recommend the Juanita Friday market to everyone in the Kirkland-Bellevue-Kenmore-Bothell area.
