It was a wonderful experience to work with Laura. Laura is very patient and friendly.
Through Feldenkrais, Laura helped me to start an awareness about day to day posture. «There is always something to improve.»
It’s also a nice class to learning about yourself.

I came in with shoulder tension and pain (I’m a climber and injured something in there). Rather than some quick-​fix or hours of required physical therapy, we worked to bring back a feeling of ease in my arm movements to restore my posture and release build up tension around the injury.
I felt inspired after each session that healing wasn’t going to be a frustrating and painful process, but an exploration in how to not just restoring my shoulder back to it’s natural state, but to improving my overall posture and easefulness moving about my life.
Because I’m a yoga teacher my shoulders are INCREDIBLY important to me! I felt well taken care of, and by a true expert and collaborator in exploring the intelligence of my body.

This woman has changed my life. I have broken my back a few times– last one being in 1999. As I was young I was able to live with the occasional back pain. But I am 40 now and starting last year the pain became to the point that after 20 minutes of walking or standing I was in too much pain and I had to laydown. I tried weekly massage– which helped the symptoms, but it was not until I came to Laura that things have changed. within 2 months, I was able to hike for 8 hours without pain! I have learned that it was about the way I was walking, and standing that was causing too much stress. By learning to walk and stand and sit better– I am able to live as I used to! Thank you!
