Kirkland Autobody Repair

Pete and crew did a great job repairing damage to our old Lexus. It looks great again! Front end crunched in, hood bent up, lights smashed and out of alignment, grille smashed, radiator support bent. Came back looking 110%!!

After scraping up the side of my car I got quotes from three shops. Kirkland Autobody quoted $ 1557 and the others were $ 3000 and up. I was a little nervous that the price was too good to be true, but the description of the work to be done was exactly the same from all three shops and my insurance agent had recommended the place.
I dropped my car off before going on vacation, came back, and picked it up on the day it was scheduled to be finished. Inspecting the vehicle and knowing exactly where the damage had been, I can’t find any hints of the damage or that any work was done. Everything looks new. The price quoted was exactly the price charged.
If I had to look desperately for something that could have been improved, it would have been nice to receive an email notification when the work was completed (though it was ready exactly on the schedule promised) and there was some dust left from the incident or work that might take all of a minute to clean up.

Not helpful. From the moment we walked in he was not helpful and begrudgingly came to look at our vehicle. He did however give us ideas of where we could possibly find help. A little more customer service would be nice.

Pete did an awesome job on my car. I took it to jays down the road first but had extensive body work that needed to be done and they suggested I bring it over to Pete. I would absolutely recommend this body shop to anyone who needed some work done on their car. Quick, honest, and friendly!
