I’ve been using Deck & Spas for 10 years, both for products and hot tub repair. They are outstanding. Real expertise, and fair pricing. Field mechanic Matt scores 11 out of 10 in my book! I recommend them highly.

We purchased an L.A. Spa from Deck & Spas about 7 years ago and at the time we were a little concerned that spa ownership might be a hassle… but the exact opposite has been true! From the installation, to the maintenance, to the minor servicing of the spa, it has all been a positive experience with the spa itself and with working with Kirkland Deck & Spas. They have been super helpful and we feel like our spa is one of the best investments we’ve made in our home. We use it all the time and have found it extremely easy to maintain. We would highly recommend purchasing a spa from the folks at Kirkland Deck & Spa!

We had put a deposit on a Sundance Spa when we came across Kirkland Decks and Spas at the Seattle Home show. We compared the Maxx Elite Spas with Sundance spas and decided to go with the Maxx. They gave us a great deal on a loaded Model 8000. And they have been so easy to work with. They not only installed the hot tub but built the deck around it (for much less $$ than the other bids we had gotten) and put us in touch with an electrician who did the hook up for much less than the other spa company. The owner, Si, personally came to our home to show us how to operate the hot tub and use the chemicals (very simple process). The entire experience has been very positive. The customer service is outstanding! And we are loving our beautiful hot tub. We highly recommend going to Kirkland Decks & Spas if you’re in the market for a hot tub.

Decks & Spas go above and beyond with hot tub sales. They truly have the best price around. The staff is very knowledgeable and you definitely get a warm welcoming feeling when you walk in. (I can appreciate local businesses run by a family). I called to get some information after I searched their website, which was very user friendly. I spoke with Darius, who was very informative and didn’t make me feel pressured and didn’t get annoyed with my many questions. I then came in to take a look around at their inventory without an appointment, Darius was eating his lunch late in the afternoon and set it aside to assist me without hesitation. He really knew what he was talking about and made me feel good about making a large purchase. They will bend over backwards for you to get you the hot tub you need and when you need it. Chemicals and other miscellaneous items are provided with the new tub, they won’t charge you for every little item needed to make your hot tub run great. They really do give you a lot of bang for your buck. They also have a large selection. Don’t go to some place like Costco, support local businesses! I will definitely recommend family and friends and probably will come back for a sauna.

I was literally drowning in despair, lol, trying to figure out how to remove and clean the filter on my 4200! Yes, there’s a downloadable manual, yes, it’s perfectly easy to navigate with the tiniest bit of patience, of which, at the moment, I have none…
Sometimes, you just want to be walked through it all, and Darius did so, quickly and without making me feel like a complete moron, (although sometimes I wonder about myself) and now, we are happily bubbling along!

A+++ Great store. No pressure, took all the time to listen to my questions. 100% recommend them to anyone looking at tubs. Dan knows his stuff. It took me 4 months to make a decision, I visited 3 different stores and no one came close to matching the professionalism and genuine care that Dan & Si put into the business.

Many people will build you a deck, but they could never build you THE DECK. We were very fortunate to connect with Si and have him bid our project, I was considering other very competent builders already.
Si offered a competitive bid, but more than that he offered creativity and a sincerity that was refreshing.
We proceeded with the project and his workers were terrific, responsible and true craftsmen. Wow… the deck they built completely exceeded our expectations, unique and beautiful, and we use and enjoy it every moment we can.
Needless to say I highly recommend Si and his team. Call him and give them an opportunity them work their magic, I think you’ll see what I mean.

Recently purchased a great LA Spa from these folks and it was a wonderful experience. Extremely informative and very service oriented, we never felt pressured or pushed during the process. They are two generations, family –owned, and dedicated to creating happy customers! I did a ton of research and had a number of better known spa companies try to get us to go with them — so glad we waited and found these guys. Go see Dan and you’ll be taken care of!

We purchased our hot tub from Kirkland Decks & Spas LLC a few weeks ago & I must say we are so pleased. We walked into the showroom & they were so busy! Yet Dan greeted us in a friendly easy going manner. He answered all our questions, showed us all major parts of the tub and was not one bit pushy. I loved this because I’ve refused to buy from local places based on the pushiness of salespeople. Our price included everything– delivery, Chemical start up kit, directions on how to get the start up chemicals going, spa steps and a new cover! And we got a great deal. We highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a tub. Starter tub or luxury tub, this place has it! Dan was courteous and the communication with company and salesman Dan was great. Thank you! We will be back again in the future.
