Kristen is truly the best decision you can make on a photographer!
Not long after getting engaged we spent a lot of time looking up Photographers in the Seattle area, but unfortunately we weren’t excited by the options. Finally, our very talented wedding planner had suggested Kristen and we were impressed with what we saw, we had to meet her!
When we met with Kristen we were very impressed with her work in her studio and just loved her as a person. It was very important to us that we find someone that took clean crisp photos and was easy for us to get along with.
We really enjoyed working with Kristen for both the engagement and wedding sessions. For the engagement session we were worried because the weather was not cooperating for the location we considered, but Kristen was able to improvise and find us a new location on the fly that give us the best engagement photos we could have hoped for. We love all of our engagement photos and guestbook that she made for us for our wedding day. Kristen and her assistant did such a great job on our wedding day, she took a lot of creative shots and made the most out of our venue.
Kristen is such an amazing person, we were very comfortable working with her and she always made sure that we looked good for every photo (no fake smiles allowed). She is also very talented and really knows how to get the most out of every photo. The next time we need to have professional photos taken again, they will be done by her.

There is truly nobody better than Kristen. Right off the bat, she made my fiancé and I feel comfortable (she could tell how nervous I was), and throughout the entire wedding process, she did an incredible job of capturing our personalities and our love for each other (we’re a little goofy) making us look wonderful without ever looking posed. Kristen is a true professional, reliable, flexible and did an amazing job. We got our wedding photos 6 weeks on the nose after our wedding, and each and every single one is a masterpiece. Cutting it down for the album was so difficult! Kristen has a gift, and we were lucky enough to share in it. She’ll be part of the family for years to come!

Absolutely LOVE Kristen Honeycutt and her photography! We couldn’t have been happier on our wedding day and Kristen’s total professionalism and creativity got us the most beautiful shots ever! Her photos are real– clear/​crisp– colorful. No blasts of white like what I saw from other photographers and a good mix of posed and candid shots. After getting engaged and doing a lot of research and blog reading, I knew that my photographer would be very important. I knew the type of «feel» that I was going for, however I didn’t want to spend half my budget on an amazing photographer. I spent countless hours searching the internet for reviews, and Google searches to see who would populate… I finally came across Kristen Honeycutt. The pictures on her site looked personal, intimate, heartfelt and her style fit what I was looking for.
Upon meeting with her in her studio, I felt completely confident in booking with her! She was friendly, had a clear talent for her photography passion and incredible reviews to back it up! After receiving our engagement photos, I was even more sure that I had made the right decision and was even more excited for her to shoot our wedding (if that was possible!) She has an eye for capturing light, and making you feel so comfortable!
On the day of the wedding, she made me feel at ease. In our planning meeting prior, we had discussed the final details, any particular shots that I «had» to have, etc. Day of, I didn’t have to worry about whether or not she would get a particular shot… she got them all! Less than 2 months after our wedding, I have the pictures in my hands, and I am in love. Looking at the photos, Kristen captures the emotions of everyone on that day. Kristen has incredible talent, and her pricing is quite reasonable. I would book Kristen again, and recommend her to everyone. Thank you so much for truly helping to make our day memorable!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kristen. She is by far, the best photographer. I pretty much want to have her follow me around life and take photos of the moments. I hired her to be my wedding photographer because she has a relaxed but happy personality, she takes clean photos (rather than applying pre-​packaged filters like she is instagramming everything) and she is the most skilled. She knows how to manage lighting — both indoors and outdoors and even difficult to shoot places like the Seattle Aquarium, where I had my wedding. Many other photographers mentioned that they did not like to use flash or do lighting which seemed absurd for an evening wedding but Kristen did a great job in a lot of different situations. She also looks for good moments and takes natural-​looking photos. My engagement photos are adorable, I love my wedding photos so far (they are not even all done yet since my wedding was only a couple of days ago) but we are very happy. She has a great presence, gives great directions and she doesn’t seem to just approach photographing like its a job. She seemed to genuinely enjoy my wedding day and liked being a part of it. My family even did a family portrait session with her and I definitely want to have her continue to take family photos and do other portraits in the future.

One word: awesome. Our baby was only 8 days old when Kristen came to our home for newborn photos. Despite having never met any of us and with us being a little overwhelmed with new baby, toddler & excited dog, Kristen was able to capture the personality of each family member (including our sweet dog who snuck into a few newborn photos). She put us at ease, and she wasn’t phased by more than 1 toddler meltdown/​refusal to cooperate. I’m not sure how she did it, but despite the chaos we ended up with beautiful photos… it actually looks like a serene household!
In addition to high quality photography, the website is easy to use/​navigate. My only regret is that we didn’t have her take newborn photos of our 1^st child! Hoping we can use her for family photos as our children grow.

Hands down Kristen is the best photographer. Not only are her photos perfect, but she is a sweetheart. She does everything with a smile and with a positive attitude. I just adore her light & whimsical photography style.
Your wedding photographs are one of THE most important things of the whole day. They capture the moments forever and Kristen does it beautifully. And all her products are high quality — from the pictures, to the final album. Love it!
And when the next big life events comes up, we will be giving her a call!

One of the best wedding decisions we made was picking Kristen as our photographer. She has impeccable taste and style that shows through in her photographs. She has a great talent in capturing the feeling and mood of a moment without it seeming posed or intrusive. Her photographs are modern and artistic but at the same time we had beautiful traditional portraits and family photos. She put both my husband and I at ease during our engagement and wedding photography sessions and was a joy to work with. We have received so many compliments on our pictures and a handful of family and friends have already asked for her contact information for their own photography needs. She is a great find and will be highly recommended to all my friends and family.

I can’t say enough good things about Kristen Honeycutt! I was lucky enough to be referred to her when I was looking for a photographer to do a session with my newborn a few years ago. We signed on for a Baby’s First Year package, which was one of the best «new parent» decisions I made! I have incredible photos of my little girl at 10 days old, six months and a year. We so enjoyed our photographs and experience working with Kristen, we’ve continued to see her for a family photo session once a year.
Not only is Kristen a talented photographer, she is also friendly, easy-​going, and fun! I absolutely love the work she has done and I look forward to working with her for many years to come. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
