This is my favorite place for comedy in the Seattle area and beyond. The staff is wonderful, the owners are very sweet and the headliners are outstanding. This is how a comedy club should be run — love this place!

Always have a good time here. I’ve been several times and the comedians are always funny. The menu prices are reasonable as well.

Went to Laugh’s Comedy Spot this past weekend and had a great time. Headliner was a local comedian, so we didn’t expect to be crying in the aisles, but found ourselves howling! The man was hilarious and seemed to have the entire crowd laughing a ton. The earlier acts were a bit less polished and the whole place experienced one group in the audience that was being quite rude and the fresher talent were not quite sure how to handle them. I felt bad for the performers. At some point a server spoke with the group and then food appeared and then they seemed to shut up. I think someone there wasn’t holding their alcohol well. I read a few comments that questioned ticket prices and 2 item minimum, but let’s remember, folks, the owners of this business have to pay the talent, rent, servers and cover their food/booze costs. They are clearly keeping it as affordable as possible and the place is as nice as any comedy place I have ever been to – I’m happy to support a local business that promises a good time and delivers. Sure the food could be a bit more upscale, but that costs. Overall, I thought the place was really good and I expect to return. So, don’t go there expecting upscale dining, it is decent bar food, a number of interesting drinks and plenty of options on tap. Go there for the laughs and enjoy!

A Comedy spot where your chair isnt right on top of someone elses. The drinks are cheaply priced and so is the price of admission. Im a Fan. Dont show up early. They dont have a separate waiting area like other Comedy clubs. You will walk in and hear apart of the former set. But its intimate and thats what I like.

I’m not sure what to give this place… 2 stars? 3 stars? The comedians were hilarious, but the wait service was terrible and the food and drink menu was completely blah. I guess if you’re okay with greasy spoon and like sugary cocktails you’ll find the menu appealing, but don’t expect to find many appealing things if you have a more discriminating palate or want fresh options. Still, we knew we’d committed to this spot for a couple hours and had just gotten off work, so we figured we’d suck it up and order something for dinner. When we sat down, our server took our drink and appetizer order and then we never saw her again until the final act of the show. It also took a solid 30 minutes to get the appetizer delivered, so we decided it was pointless to try to hunt the server down in an attempt to order entrées. The cocktails were way too watered down and sugary. Beer options were fine. The arrangement of seating is also a little awkward(split between 2 rooms, essentially) so if you don’t get there early you run the risk of getting really crappy seats that are at an awkward angle and far in the back. Despite the weird strip mall location, however, the interior was clean and welcoming. This place could definitely improve, but if you’re just coming for the entertainment and plan to stick to beer(or you prefer sugary cocktails) this is an enjoyable way to spend your evening.

good comedy at a very fair price. We got to stroll in last minute and find ourselves a seat at the bar. The food is not the greatest. Even the fries made me sad. The drinks are fine. Go here for some good comedy and a drink. Have dinner beforehand.

This place is alright… The comedians were ok. The food was gross, wouldn’t recommend you order food unless you’re starving. We were served water in a plastic cup. lol what? Yea. Do not go see Thai Rivera. His whole performance was basically him talking about how people nowadays get offended so easily. In the middle of his performance, I took my phone out and was going to snapchat a picture of him. But what he did was he stopped talking, turned to me and said, «Are you recording?» I said, «snapchat!» And he said, «don’t.» He made this big seen saying he doesn’t like to be recorded because some of his jokes might get cut off and people might get«offended» if his joke is about race or something. Or maybe your jokes just aren’t funny and they really are just you making fun of hobos and feminism. Leave em alone damn. Lol I was laughing after the show because this whole time he was judging our new society about people getting offended so easily and he ended up doing the same thing in front of a crowd just because I was trying to snap a photo, lmfao. Overall, I don’t think I will be coming back.

Another fun Wednesday night enjoying laughs with the talented comedians and making new friends. NOCOVERCHARGE on Wednesdays, although I’d pay their Cover Fee whatever it may be… Skippy Sprinkles showed his diverse abilities to engage each performer and the audience here with his quick idiosyncratic quips and physical antics. Skippy was the host again and he was fun to watch. He kept the performers on stage, one after another, great timing and terrific personality. He gave away prizes, with his trivia quizzes –you never anticipated what was going to come next to amuse everyone! Some of the talent at this place has been on ‘Last Comic Standing’ national TV show. This place reminds me of I think it was Bud Freeman’s ‘The Improv’ — the infamous L. A. platform where people like Jay Leno, Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David, Damon Wayons, Roseanne Barr, and famous others got their start working for nothing! Nicole is the very friendly lead server, and she’s right on, always watching for new patrons entering, paying attention to your food and beverage needs. Never an empty glass or wondering where your wait staff has disappeared to, as many I’ve experience-most common and frustrating complaint. I’m sure many reading this review will resoundingly agree! Food menu and drink selections are superior to any bar, and not your average. I am so glad to have this place here. Hell, I’d travel into downtown Seattle even with the gridlock and parking logistic nightmare and costs(large no fee parking lot here) if I had to because it’s so awesome! Good luck ever finding a great Comedy Club in the NW area like this. Do yourself a favor and check it out if you haven’t yet before it disappears.

The entertainment was great! Went to see Andy Hanes but I enjoyed the second act, the high school teacher from Everett, much more. The rated R drink was good. Not bad for a Saturday night out.

Great comedy, great service, nice venue and horrible food. Sweet potatoes fries were ice cold, sent them back and the new batch was barely luke warm. Giant pretzel was raw in the middle, sent that back the new one was not so raw. Veggie and hummus Plater all the veggies were wilted and gross. The only food at our table that was good was the ice cream. Next time I’ll just order drinks. They did give us a discount which was kind.

It’s not my favorite comedy spot, but I’ve had some good experiences here. I suspect it’s a struggling business for some reason. The amount of space doesn’t seem to be utilized to its full potential.

Laughs is a great comedy club on the Eastside. They get a good mix of comedians from all different genres. Check out the website and find someone great for you! Also the food is good! I love the bbq chicken pizza, and order one NOT to share. But tickets online, and then go enjoy a show. The owners are local and at the club, and that gives it a great feel too!

Service was super slow the night we wend in. It took about ten minutes to get a single beer after I ordered. When the server came back around, it looked like she waited for EVERY other drink she was waiting on before she began serving. She also seemed to lose track of who she had and hadn’t taken orders for. We even had to flag the server down for another table that was quite parched. Luckily, once one of the owners got on stage to warm up the crowd she explained and apologized that they were rather short staffed today and to please bear with them during while they got everyone settled in. Had it not been for her explanation, I would have definitely thought this was the norm. The owner had some pretty good material, I particularly loved her joke about geriatric bullies and I’ll just leave it at that. The rest of the show was action packed but I think the warm ups were better then the headliner on this particular night. Reflecting back, I would definitely go back again! They’ll even reserve sections for parties that are large enough!

Girlfriend and I wanted to do something different and we had a 2 for 1 coupon for Laughs Comedy Club not knowing what to expect. We were skeptical when we pulled into the mall plaza parking lot but this was ANAMAZINGGEMOF A COMEDYCLUB. We had such an amazing time! There were 3 comedians, 2 of which were local and headliner Baron Vaughn. It’s a great intimate feel and laughed the entire time. the drinks were good and typical filling bar food. I highly recommend it. Especially for a date night. Looking on the back wall with past comedians there were some big names that obviously performed in their beginning stages before making it big. Kinda cool to say you went to a show and saw someone before they get Louis C.K. big.

This year we celebrated New Year’s Eve at the 10 pm Laugh’s Comedy Spot show with a group of friends. Together, we laughed in the New Year! Awesome club!!! Don’t be deceived by its strip mall location. We were entertained by three top notch comedians. If you haven’t been here, you should definitely go.

I don’t think there’s a bad seat in here(which I can’t say for other comedy venues around here) and the prices for tickets are very affordable. If you look around, you’ll find a discount most of the time online. The service is friendly and not pushy. They are also aware that you’re watching a show so they dont distract you. I tried a couple of their burgers and they were OK. I wish they came with more fries. I like that they have Mannys on the beer list, but the beers are quite small… Manny Jr. One of the things I appreciate about Laughs is that they’ll promote lesser known comedians as much as the more famous ones. Who doesn’t like supporting local talent? Especially when you can relate to what they’re saying about Totem Lake(where?), all the slow drivers in Ballard… You know, PNW stuff! *Parking is super easy. *If you get here too early, there are things to keep you busy nearby. *Restrooms are clean. I signed up for their e-mail list and it has always been very welcome.

I absolutely love Laughs Comedy Spot! I have been here lots of times, and keep coming back! They always book really great comedians. The staff is friendly. Tickets and food/drinks are reasonably priced, but they also put out deals on Groupon and Living Social all the time, so keep an eye out for those to make the price even better! This is a great place for a date, or a night out with a group of friends. The space itself is on the smaller, more intimate side, which is great for comedy. There’s really not a bad seat in the house. The wait staff always does a great job. Food is good, nothing special(basically a step up from bar food). Drinks are pretty good too! And don’t forget dessert(try the Totem Lake pie!). Also…sign up for their birthday club and get 6 free tickets during the month of your birthday every year!

Always a good time, good entertainers, and good food. The food is like bar food, reasonably priced and plentiful. Drinks are good and generally moderately priced. Overall, a great way to spend an evening out, especially if you are celebrating an event!
