My daughters have been students at Learning Horizon for four years in Mandarin and two years in piano. The classes are kept small to allow for more individual attention, in an intimate home environment.
Mandarin is taught with workbooks, songs, poems and computer games. There is also a CD that goes with the workbook.
Piano is taught mostly with songs and only some scales, which is much more motivating for the students. Songs are a good mix of traditional and popular pieces.

Both my kids go to Singapore math and they love it, week after week. Classes are small and kids get the attention and motivation they need to succeed. My kids are also very excited to go for summer camps, I actually signed up both my kids for two consecutive camps.

Simply the best Chinese school you’ll find, if you want him/her to truly enjoy learning Chinese. They learn through fun games and songs. My son loves going to Chinese school. Their summer camp is awesome too. There are so many activities they get to do, they never get bored and they learn so much. Seeing how much my son enjoy going and learning each week is just heart warming. Ms. Sun is very energetic and loving and makes sure that her students thrive in their own ways. We are so happy to have found Learning Horizon.

My children have been students at Learning Horizon for several years. They are learning Piano and math. I find that the instruction is very effective and Mrs. Sun provides a caring environment for them. They love it and I love having the pleasure to send my children to Mrs. Sun!
