This is the worst cleaning service you can get! Don’t get Sandra to clean your house coz she will damage your house and walk away. She cleaned our house the first time in nov 2014 and it has been the last time! She pulled out the refrigerator on the hardwood claiming to clean behind it without asking me if it was ok to do so. It left deep marks on my impeccable hardwood. I’ve hassled her for fixing the damage for months now and no use. She got 2 guys to look at it and they said the full section has to be replaced. Guess what? Now that’s expensive and she said she has been saying she will send a check. She even claimed she sent it when I said I will call BBB but of course she lied as usual. Disgusting! I will report her lousy business and let the bureau handle it. I’m sure she will lie to them as well! Sandra have some etiquette and conscience and pay up for your stupid mistake! What a shame! Beware of this lady and her false claims to clean. She will only damage your home!

Sandra, I don’t want to make it sound like a cat fight, however I do need to reply to you. First and foremost you never mentioned anything about not doing windows and I don’t think any cleaners mention that. You need to have an official services list. Now all your future «clients» reading this review know that you don’t do windows. Second, you did not do any favor to me. You did your job and I paid what you asked for. I did not do any cheap negotiation or haggling. In spite of the fact that I had to pay a handyman to fix my oven door that you pulled out. I should have ideally deducted that amount from your payments. You have just made your case even worst by posting your harsh reply, instead of humbly agreeing to facts. There are numerous and better cleaners out there, that can be chosen over you. Thus, actually I gave you a chance being a new cleaning company then you doing any favor to me. So please just keep that thought to yourself and stop making pointless arguments!

DO NOT USE — WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Sandra showed up with her mom the day i was having surgery so I would come home to a clean house. My mistake was giving her a check before hand. She didn’t clean my stove or sink, didn’t wipe behind small counter appliances. My entry hallway which is quite large wasn’t even swept, same dust on floors as I left it. She didn’t dust or wipedown the sills of the windows, my bathroom mirror and counter still had the same dirt on them, hair all over the floor. I think she lightly cleaned toilet and shower, much residue was left. All plugged items in both bathrooms (blow dryers, flat iron, toothbrush etc) were rolled up in knotted balls on counters. My daughters room wasnt dusted at all… light vacuuming was done but nothing was moved and there was dirt (cat hair) at baseboards. Frames and living room items weren’t dusted. She didn’t move things away to clean the floor around the exterior walls. My sofa crooked (diaganol) aross the floor and she put all the dog toys/​beds on the couch and never put them back in their place. I purposely left a cling free on the floor near my bed to see if they would pick it up… nope! She charged me $ 95 for what she says was 2.5 hours worth of work. My place is 1100 sq feet and was cleaned 2 weeks prior, at best she was here 30 – 45 minutes. I called her at 4pm very upset and told her my concerns. She denied everything arguing that all of the above wasn’t true but by the end of our call she agreed to return my check. Sandra arrived at my home at 11:20 on 8÷23÷12, at 1:38 that same day, my check had been cashed. Guess who didn’t show. She is a liar and a scam artist! I have filed an official complaint with the BBB.
