I had the pleasure to work with Josh Sanford as part of Miki Mobrand’s team and I am so happy to recommend him as an extremely qualified team loan officer. I say this with enthusiasm and experience to support it.
When I was searching for my first home, I talked to many other lenders before I met Josh. Since I’ve had my first conversation with him, Josh has outshined the competition in every category. I bought two houses within the last two years (an up-​size was necessary after we found out I was pregnant with twins!), so within a year of the purchase of our first home, we were back to square one again. I didn’t hesitate, even for a second, when it came to the important decision of selecting the loan officer. I am a returning and loyal customer and always will be.
Moving when pregnant, (buying AND selling this time) was one of the most stressful and challenging things I’ve ever done. It is challenging enough on its own! However, in every way possible, Josh went above and beyond to help make the process as smooth and seamless as possible– it did not matter what day of the week it was or the time of the day, he was always willing to be of assistance. His commitment is obvious, his knowledge is unmistakable and his attitude is consistently friendly and positive. This man is a rare man to find in any business (let alone a lending one) and if I owned a business I would be proud to have him on my team. He is such an asset to Prime Lending to say the least.
Communication is vital to the success the process of buying house. In the situation when time was of the essence and coordination with buying and selling a house was crucial, he displayed complete organization and professionalism. I was continuously given full disclosure on the progress/​status of the transaction. He was the first to respond, email, communicate, text, or call me so I always felt prepared and informed.
Trust is absolutely necessary in the transaction of purchasing a home. I will always do my best to make sure my family and friends are taken care of and Josh Sanford is the exact person who I would recommend to honor that commitment I have to them. I KNOW and trust whole heatedly that Josh will do what it takes to make sure they are happy and comfortable with one biggest (if not THE biggest) purchase of their life. I am confident that is how he treats every customer– just like family.
As you know, the home you decide on has a huge impact on your EVERYDAY life – it’s where all your memories will happen, I couldn’t be more grateful to Josh for making the experience not only possible, but very pleasant.
