Mobile Auto Detail By JC

JC was great when he actually showed up for appointments. We booked him for monthly cleaning and 2 out of the last 3 times he was scheduled, he did not show. We won’t use him again based on the fact that we rely on those appointments and it takes too long to schedule a new one.

What a liar! Per my original review, I had my appt booked out several weeks prior (about 3 – 4 weeks) but JC cancels 3 – 4 days before my appt!
And now he makes up this lie about me trying to schedule less than a week out? If that were even true, JC didn’t even have to make an appt! It doesn’t even sync with my story.
Beware!

JC was very nice. Although he was a busy man he found a way to fit my busy schedule in his busy schedule. Whenever he said he would call back, he always called back no matter what. He was on time, and he took out an acetone nail polish remover stain off of my passenger seat. I called many other auto detailing shops and they said they’ve done it before and it couldn’t be taken off and that it was permanent. JC had the courage and confidence that an auto detailer should have and gave me a pretty great impression that he was able to take it off! After 10 – 15 minutes of work, I came outside to check on his work and it was spotless! I was so grateful especially because this was a brand new 2015 Honda civic. I highly reccomend JC. He has great work ethic, gets it done, and has a warm personality!

JC did a really nice job. He did two of my cars so two trips. I noticed something that needed a little extra attention on the first car and he took care of it. I would use him again.

JC came out to my house to detail the inside of my crew cab truck. He was going to do the outside as well as my daughter’s car, but uncooperative weather so rescheduled that part. We have dogs that we take everywhere so, even though I vacuum, the hair is everywhere! JC must have spent hours picking hair out of everywhere because I couldn’t find any when he was done. He shampooed the carpets and they were dry within an hour or so. Just amazing! He came back a week later to do the outsides of both and they turned out just great! He is very considerate and polite and really takes pride in doing a great job. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I was encouraged by all the positive reviews here so I called. We spoke on the phone and set up a tentative day to meet. He seemed professional. We were both distracted and he told me he would call me back in 10 minutes. I never heard back from him that day or any subsequent days, and our proposed day came and went. My car still sits in need of attention. Will go elsewhere.

I too was a little skeptical of all 5 star reviews. Not anymore.
The detail itself was a four star detail. There were a couple of spots that are admittedly difficult to see/​clean that I easily touched up after he was done. I should have pointed them out beforehand but not a big deal.
So you’re probably asking yourself, «why did this guy put 5 stars if he thought it was a four star?»… and that’s a great question. Here is why I added another star; JC went above and beyond in accommodating my schedule. I had made a mistake in when JC said he booked me so I was all ready to go on a Friday… but it was the wrong Friday. Again, my fault, but JC made room and did my detail later in the day.
He really helped me out and I can’t say many businesses would do that. On top of that, the guy works REALLY hard. I would definitely hire him again.
If (more like when) you have JC work on your car, here are a few tips:
1. Make sure you have the right date :)
2. Go over any trouble spots or things you want special attention paid to before the detail begins.
3. Don’t watch him work. This may sound odd but trust me. First, you’ll get tired because he’s in constant motion for about 5 hours. Second, you’ll keep thinking he’s done because your car looks awesome but he’ll go back to his van and bring out sintering else to continue working on your car.
Like I said before, I’ll hire him again in a heartbeat and there’s no reason you should hesitate to give him a call if you’re looking for someone to bring your car back to it’s former glory or just to keep your car looking/​smelling/​feeling new.

I called JC after searching the web for «kirkland auto detailing». The reviews are all true – the guy is amazing and spent almost 5 hours on my car. Every inch of my car looks new for a 2007 Audi A8. I’d recommend him to anyone. I am scheduling for every 6 months.

Showed up promptly and did great work.

I was reluctant to write a review at all, given that it seemed obvious that soon enough everyone who’s ever dropped a french fry in their car in the Seattle area would hire this guy and he’d either quadruple his prices or be unavailable. But JC assured me that he would indeed have time on his schedule again for me.
When I told my friends that I was hiring someone with straight 5-​star reviews, they were skeptical. Surely, they implied, it’s not possible for anyone to routinely earn the highest ratings possible without some skulduggery involved.
To my excitement, JC was everything promised. For a competitive price, he showed up in his van with apron, power buffer, a work table, vacuum, and presumably a bandolier of assorted cleaning brushes. Having one thorough professional work on your car’s grime for five hours is the way to go, without the opportunity for a single corn nut to be unfound nor a single surface to be unbuffed. Even the driver’s seat was restored to new-​like condition beyond what I even thought possible.
I you have a water spigot and extension cord, you should simply hire JC.

JC just squeezed me in with less than 12 hours notice when I explained that a Coke had exploded all over my interior. Real Coke, not sugarless. He was patient, polite and accommodating. Thank you, JC. You rock!

We had our two cars detailed by JC — our VW GTI and our van. He did a great job! JC has a strong work ethic and was very thorough with both cars, which were not in great shape after 3 kids and a move to Seattle. He was able to get some mold out of the cars, get the headlights unoxidized and removed several years worth of filth. In the van he was able to get the roof all nice in clean, the door panels spotless and all the grim along the doors removed. Ultimately he encouraged his to want to take better care of our cars and advised us to purchase some all-​weather mats which we did immediately.
I found JC to be very professional, friendly, on-​time and fair. He communicated to me very promptly and worked very hard on our cars. I would highly recommend his services.

JC did a spectacular job on my SUV. i hadn’t cleaned it well since I got it new in 2002. 2 kids later, and it looked like a tough challenge. JC got the car looking like it did when i drove it off the lot. Truly amazing — he worked hard, and I can tell by the finished product that he takes great pride in his work and is a perfectionist. Will definitely call on him again.

All these rave reviews are true! He is the sweetest, most easy to work with person. And he made my neglected 5-​year-​old car look like new. I was sure I would need to buy new rugs for it, but I figured I’d see what he could do. They look like NEW. There is no question I will call him the next time I need this service.

This guy is good! He came to my house on time, worked miracles with my car stains (no more eating in the car kids!), charged me the quoted price, and finished right on time. Friendly customer service too. I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend him.

This was my first experience with mobile detail. I am a convert! So convenient to have JC come to my house to detail out my car.
JC was accommodating, friendly, hard-​working, and professional. We had to change appointment times several times to accommodate shifting schedules and weather conditions; JC was always willing to be flexible.
When JC’s work was done, the car was immaculate, inside and out. The outside had been waxed and buffed to a smooth, brilliant shine. The gunk and grime on the wheels were cleaned off and they sparkled in the December sunshine. The seats and maps were cleaned and left with cool patterns that looked like the Safeco outfield.
I heartily recommend JC and his work. Give him a try, you will be impressed!

JC rocks! He is obviously the best choice for mobile detailing in the Seattle area. He is friendly, and very hard working. he’s willing to discuss any step of the process that he’s doing to your vehicle… Great value!

JC was extremely quick to respond and come detail my car without a lot of notice. I found him to be efficient, trustworthy and extremely thoughtful from a customer service standpoint in making sure his business is successful in a long term manner. I found his style refreshing when compared to a lot of business owners looking for a quick job without considering the long term value and loyalty of a customer. I’m not one to write reviews normally but am happy to do so in this case. As an aside, My car looks fantastic!

Jc did amazing job on my Mercedes made the car look new my main problem was inside and after he was done it looked it come out new from dealership. I would recommend him to all my friends and will be doing business again. Thank You
