Solid 3.5 stars. Great for a quick lunch or dinner! Start your journey by grabbing a bowl and selecting all the yummy veggies and noodles you may want cooked up. Add some tasty oils/flavorings…choose a meat or eggs… and off you go! The workers are quick to cook up your meal. You are also allowed to choose some sauces to throw on there… I suggest getting it on the side. Your meal also comes with choice of rice! For $ 9.75 at lunch or $ 10.75 at dinner it’s not a bad meal and I even had some leftovers.

Had a craving, drove 20 minutes out of my way for lunch, and was disappointed, they use a wrong type of flat top grill so the taste isn’t the same, very tiny portions of meat and they limit on how much noodle or veggies you take or they will charge you. Small selection of sauces. And about 2 hours after I ate I did not feel well till about the morning the next day. So I’ll avoid that spot next time I crave Mongolian grill. 2 stars cause he grilled my noodles crispy like i like it

The fod here is okay… It’s not like other mongolian grills I’ve been to. It has a very small veggie selection and the flavor section is miniscule. Food comes out pretty bland. I’ve been to other mongolian grills and they have stuff like minced garlic, ginger, pineapple juice, mongolian sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce to add before you grill so you can have a depth of flavor. Our food tonight came out tasting well, like grilled veggies and noodles. Might be appealing to some but not the customization I’m used to. Also at the end if your bowl is filled too much they add an additional $ 2 without telling you. Why not just make the price fixed two more dollars because no one is going to fill less than the top of the tiny bowl they give you. Their dipping sauces aren’t that great either, everything has a very gelatinous texture and is so pungent with curry and ginger they all have the same flavor. No real variety. The customer service besides the secretive charges where okay, the gentleman who rung us out was nice but neither me nor my spouse were very impressed by this place. Probably won’t be back again.

What a gem this place is. Upon first entering I observed how clean the place is. No slimy slick floors or smudged windows anywhere. Off to the right is the«salad» bar where you fill your bowl with veggies, garlic, bamboo shoots etc… Then you step up to the counter and order your meat(or tofu). After a few minutes cooking on the grill, you take the final step and choose your sauce after a helping of rice is added to your plate. The food is fresh, the portions are big and I found it less costly than other grill joints I’ve been too.($ 24 total for my wife and I, and I ordered double meat). Delicious fare and an enjoyable le experience. We’ll be back soon.

Love these guys! The veggies are always fresh, the cashier(and owner?) is professional and friendly, the fried rice is house-made, and the restaurant is always clean.(I’m particularly excited by the«always clean» because a few other restaurants in Juanita Village have been slipping. In this department.) Great for a quick, casual, and healthy meal. My favorite combination: rice noodles, water chestnut, spinach, white onion, carrots, ginger, cilantro, garlic, a little chili oil, tofu, and a combination of teriyaki + sweet and sour sauce.

Not a typical Mongolian Grill, and you only get one time to fill your bowl. And they use a typical burger joint flat grill so you don’t have the same experience. Lunch pricing looks okay, but dinner seems a little expensive when the bowl is the same size for lunch or dinner. You get a side rice for free which is nice for the carbo loader lovers like me :)

For a very reasonable price, you get a great meal. Pick your own noodles, veggies, fixings and let them stir fry it. You can heap the bowl up as much as you like too. We didn’t realize it came with your choice of rice(brown, white or fried) and sauce so we all added noodles to our bowls. I wouldn’t have done so otherwise. The brown rice option included in the rice is refreshing. Most Asian places in California will charge extra for brown rice if it is even an option on their menu. They had several choices of sauces and they let you try more than one. You can go up and ask for extra any time you want. I like that the sauce is on the side because many of them were super sweet and/or oily. I preferred to use them judiciously. Mongolian curry was the best we tried. The only downside is the quality of the meat is seriously lacking. They obviously use the cheapest meat/fish they can get. I had the cod and I wouldn’t recommend that. My daughter’s chicken was also not good. That said, I suspect this meal with tofu is probably really good. The veggies seemed quite fresh. Makes for a very healthy meal depending on your choices.

I like this place even more now that they give you alternate oil options like grape seed and coconut! They also label whether sauces are gluten free. For a mongolian grill, this is the best option in Seattle/Eastside. It’s clean, and the options are simple. I also like that they cooked my veggie bowl separately from the meat dishes. Kids loved it too.

Came here for lunch today and enjoyed everything about it! They have a 1 – 3 step process which is easy to follow. They have fresh veggies for you decide what you want in your bowl, you pick your meat, they cook it & then you decide what kind of rice and sauces you want at the end! It’s not your typical«all you can eat» Mongolian restaurant but it’s still very good. A lot of people didn’t like that they put the meat in your dish for you instead of you deciding of how much you want, but I didn’t mind. I love how they have so many different sauces. And this place is nice that you can actually take out food unlike most other Mongolian places. Overall, I enjoyed it and it was very fulfilling and I will be back!

So this is a good place to eat. Which is why it is getting so many good reviews, including mine. Call it what you want, mongolian, mexican, chinese, or american, its a great place to create a bowl filled with what you want to eat, add whatever sauce you want, and have it cooked fresh in 10 minutes. It is also somewhat of a healthy meal. Staff has always been great when we have gone, and the service has been decently quick.

Fresh ingredients. Clean. Friendly service. There’s nothing extraordinary about this place, but you’ll get some pretty good, healthy food for a good price. I like the single tong system(you pick up one pair of tongs, use it through the line, then deposit into the dirty tong bucket). It definitely keeps the veggie line much more neat and tidy than having all those tongs for each item everywhere. It also helps the line move more quickly since you’re not setting down and picking up 20 different pairs of tongs. However, it might be a problem for folks who can’t have certain foods touch each other. Meat options are basic, but I’ve done chicken, beef, and lamb. All cooked nicely. Love the Thai Peanut Sauce — it has just the right amount of kick. But there are several others to try(someday… Why mess with a good thing?) Plus you can choose from white or brown rice. ALERGYINFO: one tong per person means someone before you may have picked up the chow mein noodles(gluten) and then also picked up other veggie ingredients you will also want. There are gluten free sauce options, clearly marked on the menu. While some people complain the sauce is added after cooking, this is a huge bonus for food allergy folks as the grill stays mostly uncontaminated. Couldn’t tell if the grill and cooking utensils are cleaned(or switched out for utensils) between each user as we’ve only been when it’s pretty slow. But sensitive hubby doesn’t seem to have issues eating here.

clearly people here do not know what good Mongolian BBQ! The whole point is you create it yourself and how it comes out is on you. This is not the case here, you don’t get to add your own meat? That’s just wack. You dont add your own meat and you also dont add your own sauce BEFORE it cooks. The whole point is for it to cook INTHESAUCE! This place cooks plain or whatever they put on it and then you can drown it in sauce after. YUCK. Seriously people giving this 5 stars, venture out and try a REAL Mongolian BBQ place.

Delicious! Food is always fresh, you never have«too much» or «too little» since you get to build your own portion. Tatsey sauces, oils, many options and rice choices and the owner/staff are wonderful! I have been to other Mongolian Grills and they just didn’t match up. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Had a really nice time with my four other friends. The food was very good and I loved the variety that they provide when making your own bowl. I don’t remember the price being too much.

I’ve eaten no place more than this in all of Seattle. Healthy, tasty variety. You can veggies no oil, coconut oil, add egg, chicken, etc. I love to load up on cabbage, spinach(at the bottom of the bowl squished down) and then add broccoli on top pilled high. then have them cook it with double meet(chicken and egg.) Super tasty and super healthy.

Ok I don’t know how people gave this place one star. The food is great. I love Mongolian Grill in general. My husband and I come from Seattle to eat here. First, you get a bowl and tongs and fill up on noodles and lots of veggies. There are a bunch of sauces too. Then the cook adds meat and more sauce. I like the sweet and sour. They even give you rice too! It is sooo much food. You don’t need anything extra. The only way it would taste bad is if you added stuff that doesn’t mix well or added a sauce that doesn’t compliment the food. It is just yummy. I see all sorts of people here too. There are business men, families, couples, etc. I also see a lot people frequenting this place who like to eat, if you catch my drift. Maybe it’s just not enough for them somehow and that is where the negative reviews are coming from. The staff is very courteous and polite. They are super quick too. I always get my food in under 15min. I have definitely waited more at other Mongolian Grills. The cashier is always the same guy. He is great. The place is clean and there are tables to sit at, or you can get the food to go. There is plenty of parking too. My average meal is around $ 10 bucks. It is not dirt cheap, but it is not expensive. I think the kids meals are $ 6. It is worth every penny. Give it a try. Oh the hours are great too! They are open until 9:30pm. It is perfect for when I get done riding late.
