Olympic Physical Therapy

I tore my Achilles Tendon and needed PT. It has been 13 weeks now and my progress has been great. They developed a program specifically designed for me in conjunction with my surgeons directions and I am well on the path to a total recovery. My PT Craig is very caring and explains each exercise in easy to understand steps.

My story is similar to what some of the others mentioned. I was billed too high for almost all my visits, all being above 250 $ whereas i was told that I will be charged not more than 120 $ per visit. Secondly, the therapist, Dean K Caswel would always sees 15 to 20 minutes late, is non-​professional in attitude, keeps talking about personal life, doesn’t call back in emergency situation (in spite of charging such enormous price for sub standard services), and above all, could not resolve my problem even after more than 20 visits, and doesn’t have spine enough to refer to another doctor. I am extremely disappointed with their non– professional attitude and would never go back here. I have felt cheated and wish God teaches such doctors who cheat their patients a lesson or two.

Way too pricey for below average service. If you have an injury… maybe it’s worth it but I have gotten far better treatment for much less elsewhere. I recommend you look around. I had to google my injury and recommended exercises after I left. I was charged $ 345.07 for my first visit and I didn’t have an injury… just muscle weakness that caused pain when I over-​used my shoulder. The assistant who teaches the exercises was terrible… no smile, no explanation of how far to stretch (as a result I injured my neck), and very hurried while she took care of two patients at once. I felt quite short-​changed.

I recently went here for a shoulder problem. The PT professional was fine — nothing to write home about. The billing was a different story.
One my first visit, the front desk person confirmed my insurance was good to go. Everything went fine. On my second visit, I got the full bill sent to me since the PT person had recently left my insurance since my 1^st appointment — and never bothered to tell me about this. There was only a week between the appointments…
Upon contacting Olympic business operations about this, they never bothered to call me back. They proved zero help in remedying this problem — which was squarely due to them. I spent the next month having to do all the leg work and appealing the result with my insurance company. This was not a pleasant experience.
Thanks for ignoring your customers Olympic!

My wife and I have both ended up here for separate injuries in the last couple years, and both of us found the service and care to be top-​notch.
Appointments are easy to make, although if something comes up and you need to change it they do need some advanced notice. Parking is easy in the garage next door.
The staff and physical therapists were friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. They were patient in working with us and detailed in their instructions for exercises, so that we could do them at home as well. My wife and I both worked with Craig, who we both thought was excellent.
We would both recommend Olympic PT.

Joe at OPT has changed my life. I had back surgery almost 2 years ago and have had residual leg and hip pain since. Accupuncture has helped but I wanted to gain the most function possible as I am an active person and want to live a full life. From my first visit Joe and the team of PT“s and Asst Pt’s worked with me to strengthen my back and leg. They guided me through the process of discovering the different issues that were affecting my ability to walk and move correctly. We tackled the issues and found the excersises that have helped to make me stronger, more confidant and able to not just walk, but run, bend, jump and twist without pain or the fear of re-​injury. I am headed on a sailing vacation in two weeks!!! Thank you Joe, Tanya, Ross, Kevin, Mary Ann and all the rest of the PT and AE team that have helped me reach my goal!

I have been going to OPT in Kirkland for lower back pain and am very impressed with the results! Clay’s understanding of my condition was spot on, and the excersise routine that he set up has really helped.
I would not hesitate to visit OPT in Kirkland and highly recommend Clay as the Physical Therapist to request.

WHen I called they tried to make me come at least twice a week, and pushed when I said no. They were very scattered and didn’t have my paperwork when I got there that I had done online. Every appointment I tried to get them to tell me how much the basic payment for a session would be. They refused to tell me, saying that there was just no way of knowing b/​c I was using insurance, but even if I said I wouldn’t use insurance they still refused to tell me. The therapist was 40 minutes late to my first appointment. I was charged full price for only 20 minutes of her time. After 2 appointments she still hadn’t figured out what was wrong with me after giving 2 different diagnoses so she got her supervisor involved. My 3^rd appointment was spent with the 2 therapists (both of them late of course) and I was diagnosed for a 3^rd time with something else. My forth appointment was spent only with the supervisor and he was late. He brought in a student and spent the whole time discussing terms with her instead of focusing on me, the patient, and then diagnosed me with yet another thing! Each time I was given different exercises that they never revisited. After this visit I cancelled all further appointments. Then I called my insurance company to see what the bill was going to be and they told me I was being charged $ 550 for 4 sessions!!! This place scams people!!! Then I sent a complaint to the therapy office, was passed around to different peoples voicemails for a week before the supervisor called me back, told me he couldn’t refund me, finally told me the price of the sessions, and when i cried because I didn’t have the money they offered to give me 30 minutes free. Why would I want that when they are always late and diagnosed me with 4 different things??? Terrible place, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
