This business is so cool. They don’t have a showroom but they make artisan shortbreads, cookies cakes, and bread and sell them all over the northwest. Many of their items can be paired with wine, coffee, tea, or other beverages. I’ve even used their chocolate shortbreads over ice cream and such. The only downside is that they don’t have a storefront, but I know they are in most wine shops and virtually all the Made In Washington stores. I also often buy them from their website. I use them in Christmas gift baskets and auction baskets for charity.
