Rose Hill Car Wash

Really upset. Brought my new E63 in and of course they ripped my new tires when putting my car on the belt. They also scratched my rim. Really don’t recommend coming here unless you’re willing to risk messing up your tires. NEVER coming back for another wash.

My car was purchased in the last 6 to 9 months and has an expensive stereo. After I paid for the car wash and the car emerged on the other side, I found that one of the workers had turned on the radio, cranked the volume up to the maximum and left the door open, effectively treating the entire car like a boom box for the listening pleasure of workers working on other cars in the area. BELIEVE ME — I WAS NOT HAPPY. I complained at the front desk and wrote them a letter to document the incident (for potential legal action in case of damage) and the lack of adult supervision. Not sure about going back there, unless I stay with the car and monitor its use carefully.

Very poor service. Only the outside was properly cleaned. Dirt was not cleaned off the floorboards or seats and the windows were barely wiped down.

The only full service car wash around — so it’s better than the driveway. First few times were great. They cleaned my suburban from bumper to bumper like it had never been cleaned before — a big task. For the same price today, my car left with dog drewl on the back seat window. I do like that they hustle and, except for today, pay attention to detail.

Worst car wash ever and they use the wrong type of towels. They towels they use leave specks all over your car. It’s all over my windshield and windows. seriously. Don’t waste your money here. It’s not worth it.

For the most part, I’m a fan of this car wash. The wash itself does a decent job of cleaning your vehicle and the staff are mostly on top of their game, although they do miss something just about every time. If just a little more pride were taken in their work (interior windows and tires for examples) they may notice an increase in their tip jar. Maybe a manager needs to tighten up their checklist a little bit. They are about the best reasonably priced car wash on the east side that still does a decent job.
Be sure to take advantage of the various discounts (military, AAA, etc) as every little bit helps.

These folks work really hard, and do an excellent job considering the cost of the service. I’ve been several times, and will continue to go back.

I’ve been here twice. First time wasn’t so bad, the second time is why I’m writing this review. I’m fine with paying $ 30 for a good car wash. I’m not fine when I have to tell them to wipe down the dirt that is still on my car door. Maybe it got missed accidentally. Perfectly understandable, even if I was only 1 of 3 total cars there. When I pointed it out, I got an eye roll mixed with a slow annoyed walk to my car. I will be finding another car wash that can at least help me without attitude. You may want to do the same.

Overall I like this car wash. They’re quick and most of the workers are decent for what you’re paying. They can miss things but if you point it out they fix it, and they’re always polite.
The people that run the register inside though? Rude. Always consistently rude every time I’ve gone in there. I don’t know if they own the place or something so they can afford to be rude or what… but I’ve never had a good experience inside. They just ring you up without even looking at you or saying anything to you. Ask a question, get a curt response. Would be 4 stars if it wasn’t for them.

So, admitedly I have high expectations. I spent 7 yrs in so. Cal & had an amazing place I took my car to… I miss you All Hands Car Wash in Aliso Viejo!!!
So my car was really dirty, and when it rolled out looking shiny I was happy. However, as I drove away I noticed all that they missed. My sunroof was not cleaned, my back window was dirty & had circles all over it… if anyone reading this is watching Extant, I thought my car had the virus! These are things that really annoyed me since I just gave then nearly $ 40 to CLEAN my car… but these annoyances were not dangerous.
Dangerous you say? What could be dangerous about a car wash? So as I was driving I noticed that when I braked, my car was a little lagging in stopping. When I got home, I discovered the reason. So, the attendants had taken my floor mats out, I assume to vacuum (point for that). However when they put them back they didnt hook them into place & actually had the floor mat leaming on my gas pedal. What did they think this hooks in the floor were for?
So bottom line… car wash not good enough for a return, and the irresponsible handling of my floor mats put me in danger. There is another car wash about a block west on 85^th that I’ll be trying. But if, after reading this, you still choose to try them out, make sure you check your floor mats before you drive off.

This used to be my go to spot… yesterday was the last time I’ll go… I got the deluxe wash… nothing deluxe about it… apparently because my car is a station wagon they just opted to ignore the third row of windows, etc… they didn’t even wipe down the back seat… the scent I got to choose with much fan fare, well my car didn’t even smell like it… there was still dust on my dash… I could go on and on… bottom line, I know they were busy, but I was very displeased with my experience and its time to find a new place to get my car done.

It’s a solid car wash, but a bit pricey. There is another car wash across the street that I usually always go to, but it was closed so I came here. The cheapest wash is around 16 $ where the other car wash at shell gas station across the street that I usually go to is only 7 $. The premier car wash where they do absolutely everything outside and in is 34 $ here at the Rose hill car wash. The exact same premier package wash at the shell across the street is 21 $. And the line is usually not as long. At the end of the day both car washes are good, but the price of the shell across the street is way better and in my experience they even do a better job. (Oh and I forgot to mention they do have employees that are cleaning your car too at these gas stations). Bottom line, the other car wash is significantly cheaper and does a slightly better job.

Best car wash on the east side! Literally have office by the «other» car wash and drove across town to tear guys because I know they will do it right!

Came here again, but this time I brought in a different car. Would I go back? No. Why? They broke my windscreen wiper without even saying sorry. nor did they have the guts to tell me that the wiper broke. All they did was put it on the window to look like it was attached and minded their own business.
I paid $ 30 (plus tips!) for an all out clean exterior and interior. Back seating area was still dirty. I mean, come on. Why should I pay my hard earn money so that I can have a dirty back seating area? Where are the standards? There’s still dirt. For less than $ 30 I could have went to Brown Bear for a wash and vacuuming.
I’m not trying to sound like a racist ass when I say this, but sometimes the people who work in these kinds of places don’t really give a damn. All quick but poor service, and free coffee… and at the end of the road they expect you to tip them. Where are the standards?

Today was my second visit. My first visit was amazing, so I decided to go back. It was Monday around 6:30pm, it was very slow. Good to hear they started happy hour which is $ 3 off 6pm-​8pm. I chose Gold Wash today.
I had a bad feeling when they called out my car is ready in less than 15minutes. (2people were working on my car)
— My dash wasn’t wiped
— No Air Freshener
— Front/​Back windows had towel lint
— Left a rolled up receipt in the driver side door mat
— Dust on wheels
— They threw my work shoes ON the back sheet
I was little bit disappointed of their sloppy job… I am not asking for complete detail work to make my car like a brand new, but I feel like they could do better job. I will give them another chance though!

The only real car wash I can find in this state.
You pick a package, they wash your car, vacuum, wash windows, etc. then you tip your attendant.
While they work you can check your emails or relax.
I am a new regular.

Reading the reviews and I don’t get it. Have any of you actually gotten your car «detailed» before? For about $ 30 this place will do a wash & quick detail and save you the time and hassle of doing it yourself at home OR paying $ 90+ at a detail shop. Sure, a detail shop will make it look brand new but how often can you afford that kind of service? If I can pay $ 30 every couple months to have these guys make me not feel like a hobo driving down the road every day and save me some time not having to drag out all the hoses, cords, buckets, towels, etc to do it at home, I’m all in baby! And if it takes 30 minutes, you are complaining? Detail shops require appointments. How often to you spontaneously give yourself 30 minutes to do NOTHING? Let them pamper your car while you sit and relax and take a moment for yourself. Don’t forget to tip! ;)

This is my regular car wash when it comes to a full service one. Trust me in saying it’s worth it to pay a little more with these guys rather then spending 5 $ for a express crap wash somewhere else. I always come here before a car show or when I feel like giving my car a well deserved detail. Not sure why there’s bad reviews. I have never had a problem here for any of my cars.

Decided to try a new full service car wash instead of the automated self cleaning places due to the weather and need to have the interior vacuumed.
Prices are good and the crew handling the intake of new cars work quickly.
Not sure if I came on a day where they were understaffed, but the towel drying and interior wipe down took way too long to complete and made me cringe a little (as a former professional auto detailer) seeing someone trying to wipe water spots off of dry paint.
Cleaning of the interior could have been better, including the vacuuming (missed a lot of dog hair on the seats).
Otherwise my experience was not too bad and will certainly consider coming back again for another wash.
