Discovered this treasure trove of a LYS while visiting a friend. The staff was beyond helpful, welcoming, and inspirational. Debie took the time to show me all her favorite local yarns, and even helped me colour pair for an upcoming project. A wide selection of yarns, both traditional and playful; with a heavy slant towards hand-​dyes from independent dyers. I wanted to take it all home with me, but in the end decided to exercise some restraint and only bought nine skeins!

Great customer service, bought yarn even if my stash is already full. Great verity of yarn and they carry enough of the same color & dye lot for a project.

Wonderful yarn shop in a strange little commercial mini mall. VERY convenient as its right off the freeway. Once you are inside — yarn heaven. Large & wonderful selection, friendly people. This yarn shop is a must.

Fantastic shop with lots of gorgeous yarns! Definitely the place to go for pricier skeins, they carry some very lovely fiber. The shop itself is welcoming, as is the staff. They are happy to answer questions and do a great job not hovering while you’re looking around. The class selection is somewhat limited, but the knit nights always seem to be popular.

This is one of my favorite yarn shops to visit when I’m in a rush on a project. There are a lot of cute patterns on display, and many books to look through when you’re thinking about your project. They carry some Madeline Tosh, which I’m a fan of, but the store’s diversity in brands is a bit lacking. It’s difficult to tell who is working there at times, and rather than randomly asking people if they work there you might end up standing around the counter for a bit while you wait for somebody to notice. Other than that, they’ve been friendly and helpful with the search for yarns that fit my projects. They are open late too, which is a benefit against my own schedule.

This is my closest LYS and they are awesome. I’ve been in a few times to ask for help and they were very helpful in the assistance of identifying a yarn they didn’t even carry. A gigantic yarn selection that I haven’t even been able to browse through completely and plenty of gadgets too. I recommend them to all level of knitters and loved ones looking for gifts for the the knitters in their lives.

An excellent selection of high end yarns at a reasonable price. My go to store for yarn and knitting supplies.

Been spending my money at this store for quite some time. Ok selection and nice people working there; however the owner is unfriendly, cranky and acts like she is being put out by helping or answering a question. I’ve had enough. No more of my money will go there.

Lovely yarn shop. They have a good variety of yarns at various price points.
The employees don’t pressure you but are available to help if you have questions. One time I brought in a pattern that used a yarn that was outside of my budget, and they helped me find a comparable but less expensive yarn.

I have been wanting to check this place out for the longest time but I am never in the neighborhood when I have the time. I finally made the time today and it was well worth it. They have a nice selection of premium yarns at very reasonable prices. They also have a good selection of interchangeable knitting needles — no need to buy a full kit, just a size or two at a time. I scored some sweet magenta Madeline Tosh lace weight that I didn’t need but love. Yeah, it’s bad ass.

I was really impressed with the knowledge of the employee I met here — I don’t remember the last time I learned so much so fast about knitting! I also was really appreciative of the fact that she didn’t pressure me to buy something expensive. They had a lot of really nice stuff and also some beautiful cotton yarn in my price range. Definitely will be back!

This is usually where I get my yarn. My aunt introduced it to me, and so far my experiences have been positive. Some of the employees are hard to connect with, but the yarn quality they provide is great. It’s a small shop, so your options may be limited, but they have tons of needles and buttons in addition to the yarn. Also, the yarn is pricey, but they have sales often on a good selection of yarn!
Overall, I would recommend!

This is the nicest yarn store. A nice assortment of beautiful yarn. I’ve taken two classes here and Teri, the instructor, was lovely and patient. I’ve also stopped in and gotten help either with a skill I don’t know or choosing a pattern that’s suitable for my skill level. The store can get very busy on weekends. Their prices are a bit higher than online, but its worth it for the customer service and the ability to see and touch the yarn before buying.

Lovely and dangerous… a knitting and crocheting paradise! I stopped in here needing some dpns and had to exercise boatloads of restraint to prevent myself from buying things, er, um, I would eventually need.
They have a beautiful selection of needles and notions and an impressively inspiring array of yarns. I went around the store just touching everything while my imagination ran amok about the things I could make.
As I was paying for my needles, the lady that was helping me asked me if I wanted to join their frequent buyer program. The red flags went up. I didn’t need this type of encouragement, but I convinced myself that it would benefit me… and the people that I would be making things for… so I signed up. She also gave me their schedule of classes as I am definitely interested in coming here for one of them.
I seems like a really fun and relaxing place to knit. There was some kind of class going on when I was there. I will definitely be back whether it be for a class or to kick-​start that frequent buyer status.

My daughter and I took up knitting two years ago and found this shop shortly thereafter. We attend the Friday evening knitting social regularly which is a lot of fun.
The staff has been super helpful as we’ve learned and taken on more complex projects. If you are a regular, they know you both by name and remember where you are at as a knitter. Lovely and very personal service.
My daughter and I love to check out yarn shops wherever we go and have now visited dozens around the area and in neighboring states. Serial Knitters has the best staff and largest selection of any shop we’ve seen.

What a gem! This shop is wonderful and the ladies here are warm, friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. I am a novice crocheter and they have helped me out immensely. The classes and crochet circles are fun, well led, and a delight for anyone with a little extra time.
Not to mention that the selection of yarn is amazing. While it can be overwhelming to someone with limited knowledge (like me!), you will be gently guided into understanding yarn and which yarn is best for your selected project.
I visited this shop while visiting the area for the summer and only wish that I lived here so I could be a «regular» at this shop!

This shop is awesome. I can’t crochet at all, and literally only know how to do one stitch, and I’ve only ever bought yarn from craft stores, but these girls are totally nice. Cathy helped me out, and when I had noob moments: «Do you need this wound?» «…Do I?» She was very patient.
I will definitely be coming back for the yarn and the environment.

A yarn shop can be overwhelming, and this one is no exception.
The good thing is, this place is mostly overwhelming in terms of options! LOAD of awesome yarn!
Come on the right night and there will be plenty of people to help you! :-D
The owner is also quite friendly and seems always willing to give helpful tips.
Definately worth a stop if you’re of the stringy persuasion, or even if just yarn-​curious. :-p
