It saddens me to see the bad reviews on this, especially with the amazing service we received from Sheila and Kier. We were referred to them by our agent, Marco, and needless to say we were very happy with what they had to offer.
To be honest, we were a bit worried about whether or not we made the right choice when we chose Sheila, since this was our first home loan. However, she and Kier went above and beyond our expectations and either one were always available when we needed to talk to them. They would always follow up with an email and a phone call when we had a question to ensure we understood what was going on.
Though we had some issues with the waiting for our taxes from the IRS which delayed our approval a bit, Sheila and Kier were there to talk us off the ledge when we felt overwhelmed.
