Dr Singer is a great doctor and a great listener he is so full of energy and ideas but I’m only rating him a one because the office staff is so horrible several times I was spoken to very rudely on the phone interrupted while talking and trying to understand their protocols on refills. The office staff ruins a wonderful eastside office for migraine suffers. I will never go back I saw to different doctors at the clinic and the same thing happened on several occasions. terrible bedside manner and customer service by almost all the staff but again both doctors I saw were great.

For 10 years Dr. Singer was my neurologist. Up until last September, I had nothing but good things to say. He always answered all my questions thoroughly and spent as much time as I needed during my checkups. I was having regularly scheduled checkups every six months and wondered why the office staff turnover was so great that I seldom saw the same staff member twice in a row. I shrugged this off as a curious thing and ignored it because Dr. Singer was wonderful.
But…this is where the story changes… last September I had what appeared to be my first flare-​up in 10 years. When I called his office, they would not get me in to see him for over six weeks even after I explained I was having a flare-​up and had to be treated right away! Feeling defeated by his office staff, I left a message for Dr. Singer that I wanted him to call me. I hoped that he would see me quicker if I actually could talk to him. (Or he would offer an alternative.) Well… he never called me back. I left 6 different messages: 2 with the receptionist and 4 on the voicemail. This was unacceptable so I felt forced to find another neurologist at the worst possible time. I will never know if Dr. Singer ever got any of my messages. Maybe all of this is due to the incompetency of his staff. Regardless, I can’t afford to deal with a doctor that I can’t get into to see or at least talk to when I have a crisis situation. I’m giving him a one-​star rating for this incident alone.
