Stacey and her team are a buyers best friend.
Using her to purchase our first home in Bellevue was a crazy experience, but Stacey and her team really helped make it a solid experience. She was very responsive, knowledgable, took feedback, and a straight shooter.
Her knowledge and experience of the area carries weight. After having gone through 2 other real estate agents, we finally felt taken care of with Stacey. She went on several tours with us, showed us homes and areas we didn’t know about, and kept us up to date with listings, markets, and ideas.
When we found the house we wanted, we knew we needed to move fast and Stacey helped us «first time home buyers» win the house. We viewed, inspected, and offered same day thanks to Stacey and her network.

Stacey Lange was the worst realtor I have worked with and completely unprofessional. I had my place listed for a long time with her, we had a buyer who fell through and relisted the property. Months went by and she said there was no interest. It turned out she forgot to change it from a pending status and I discovered this on redfin. She wasn’t very responsive, she wouldn’t reply to emails or voicemails for days and then turned into 2 weeks. Once I finally fired her she didn’t even have the decency to pick up her staging furniture and signs so they went to Goodwill. I hired someone else and the place sold in 2 weeks.
