A cappuccino is NOT, I repeat, NOT a latte with more foam!!!

Rude, rude, rude! I’ve visited this Starbucks on a couple of occasions, but this last one is it for a while. The very poorly trained, but sweet, cashier indicated the wrong number of shots in my drink and when I politely asked the barista if she had put in the right amount she snapped at me and said«I know how that drink is made. He put the wrong number.» I felt bad enough for the cashier who clearly wasn’t comfortable asking anyone for help, but now he has this rude co-worker throwing him under the bus. I let it go until the barista slammed down my drink in front of me with no apologies for having made it incorrectly despite whose fault it was. I wasn’t even upset at first, but I decided her attitude needed some adjusting and I told her so. Starbucks clearly needs to work on their customer service training or fire the hiring managers who seem to think that everyone can be trained to be nicer. Sorry, but that’s just not the case. You won’t see me at this place again anytime soon. Potential regular customer lost.

Excellent service and quick delivery. I always have a hard time ordering my very specific drink and they nailed it the first try. Will definitely be returning to this starbucks location.

What a disaster this morning. Two cashiers and one barista = long wait for coffee. But that’s okay, this is one of the more decent locations around here. Well, not today. Harried barista is pouring scalding hot milk in a flat white(hotter than the extra hot I ordered yesterday) and when I brought it to her attention she made no offer to remake it. That’s awesome. So I asked for a refund. Again, no apology for the tongue burning. The only good thing is there are dozens of these around. Bridle Trails and downtown Kirkland locations come to mind. Or better yet, I’ll stick to my Nespresso. 3 stars for not being terrible before. But nothing higher for being inconsistent. And maybe next time they’ll work on improving their coffee making over the speed at which they take your orders.

This is a nice Starbucks overall. And I visit many of the regions stores. What baffles me about this location is that it’s in a wealthy area on the Eastside, yet the bathroom always has the pungent urine smell of a public restroom in downtown. I wish they’d fix that smell! So that’s why I’m Unilocaling this location, in hopes that others will agree and they’ll do something about it!

It is Starbucks so you know that is always a plus. Friendly service, drinks made correctly and a clean location. This is a Starbucks that corporate should be proud of. Nothing else to really say, if you like the basic quality Starbucks the brand is known for, this is a safe location to visit.

So starbucks is the go too for coffee… you always know what youre gooing to get, and you always know how its going to taste! A littlke burt actually, but the dependability more than makes up for that. I love all the new pastries theyve got from the san francisco bakery… the ham and cheese cressant is yummy to the max. The must train these guys in customer servive because nobodys ever been rude to me… amazing!

I ended up on the Eastside for a few hours to kill so I came in here to get some work done. It was spacious yet busy, but I managed to grab a spot on the counter by the window. I didn’t seen any outlets, though, so my computer died, which was fine since I had a book. This Starbucks was just like any other Starbucks. Plenty of students from the local schools, baristas who were enjoying their time at work. So, if you don’t like teens hanging around, this is not your spot. I liked it though; wouldn’t mind coming back here to get some work done if I find myself in the same situation again.

This is the place to meet people if I’m over the Houghton area and won’t be driving over to Zoka(which is my #1 preference). Happy with the seating situation, and staff is overall great.

This store is almost exactly what a Starbucks store should be. Great parking if you include the adjacent lot(Metro Market/Bartell/etc), very friendly staff, a few partners(employees) who are super knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and want to share their passion. This is a fun neighborhood store that caters towards students and teachers from the nearby university. Although there are always people studying and working here, you can always find a place to sit. I actually drive out of my way to go here in the morning as I find it to be a much more enjoyable and uplifting morning experience than my nearby Starbucks.
