I recently had trouble with my laptop when the internal fan began to go bad. Before I knew it things went from bad to worse and it died. Jim not only completely took apart my laptop and replaced the fan but also cleaned up my laptop so that it ran better than ever before. I also had a virus that was affecting both my laptop and my notebook computer and he led me through the process of finding the best program to help me destroy the virus and keep both my computers from being affected again in the future. Needless to say, I know who I will turn to in the future whenever I need any help with not only my computer but also the software issues that often arise. Jim is also very prompt in answering any question I have about anything related to computers and their systems. It is so great to know you have someone so knowledgeable that you can trust if any issues come up. I recommend him 100%.

Stratocent has assisted us for years with our virtual staff. They do a great job of keeping everyone working! We moved to Office365 with them and they supported us through the bumpy transition with everyone learning a new system. We continue to recommend them to others with tricky technical needs.

Jim did an amazing job on my computer! It had completely taken a … well you know. He deleted Windows Vista off of it (as that system is horrible) and replaced it with Windows 8.
The computer is clean, working so well, holding batterly life, everything is smooth.
In case you are wondering, his prices are fair. He charged me $ 100 an hour for labor, which I my guess is it took more than 1 hour.
I really appreciate everything he did to help get my computer back up and running.
I will definitely be returning if ever need be, and will send referrals his way.

Stratocent helped our small office get up-​to-​date on some much needed computer related software, etc. The owner was able to clearly explain where we had vulnerabilities and how to best rectify the problems. I don’t speak geek and Stratocent did a nice job explaining everything in easy to understand non-​geek language. Great local company that I would definitely recommend.

I run my shop with my Laptop so Jim at Stratocent advised me to back up my data in the cloud and helped me do just that. It was quick, painless and pretty easy to use. In fact I can even access my files on my phone now. Well after a few months of having my files backed up what happens, yup the laptop gave me the blue screen of death. So I’ll be having Jim back out to set up the new machine. So glad he had me back everything up

I love the fact that Jim has experience with macs and pcs. Even though he tends to swing more towards PC seems like I can’t fault him at that. I love that he is knowledgeable over all platforms and has great advice for whatever your problems may be
