I’ve been to see Tim a few times for acupuncture. He’s patient, calm, has a great sense of humor, and is very intuitive. All the things I want in an acupuncturist!
As for results, I’ve had neck problems for ages, that lead to frequent headaches. After the first time I noticed significant improvement. I still wake up stiff sometimes, but the tension has not set back in to nearly the same degree. We’re also working on some more complex issues, so I find it helpful that Tim is adaptable and always looking for ways to help a stubborn client like myself.
The individual treatment rooms are very cozy and soothing, too (I haven’t tried the group acupuncture).

Just came here a few days ago for my first acupuncture treatment. I was in a private room with Denise and I LOVED HER. The whole experience was unique and wonderful. I returned a few days later for group acupuncture and I had Tim who was also incredible and very helpful. I’ll be going back for sure!

I have been a patient here for over a year and absolutely love this clinic and would recommend it to anyone looking for treatment. I have seen Tiffany, Jason, and few others and all have a unique approach. I just relax and fall asleep during treatment and wake up feeling great!

I started getting acupuncture here about two months ago and I LOVE this place. It truly is amazing. I do group acupuncture with Susana once a week and she is one of the best acupuncturist that I have ever been with. I had had some pretty awful experiences with acupuncture and acupuncturist so I was a bit nervous at first. But she is amazing — very nurturing and doesn’t speed through it all! She also uses essential oils during the process and a couple other things and I really like that. I usually fall asleep during my sessions so I get about an hour nap right after work which is nice. I love this place — I would recommend ANYONE to come here and give it a try. I have recommended people here and will continue to do so!

This placce is amazing! I go to Jason, and I cannot say enough great things about him. He really takes the time and doesn’t rush me in and out. I had only had acupuncture done before in Los Angeles and was feeling very overwhelmed when looking for a new place to go. I completely lucked out with Jason, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with him. I have only had 2 sessions so far, but am very pleased with the results. I am not only doing acupuncture, but cupping and acupressure as well. Their prices are very reasonable and parking is also super easy.

This place is fantastic. I wish I would have known about Synergy when I first started acupuncture, but since my insurance covers another nearby practitioner, I went elsewhere first. I was recommended to Synergy by a gal who came to our work to demonstrate acupuncture, and I realized it was even more convenient than my original wellness center. I love the group acupuncture sessions… the music is relaxing, every practitioner is professional and knowledgeable, and the essential oils used are great for calming my nerves. I highly recommend Synergy to first-​timers or people who have had a bad experience elsewhere. I’ve had sessions with Tiffany, Kristan, and Jason, and have been impressed by all three. Lately it’s been hard to find the time to treat myself to acupuncture, but I am scheduling an appointment online today!

I can’t say enough good about Synergy and Tiffany and her staff! I have been going to Synergy since before they moved to Kirkland and I won’t go anywhere else. The staff is so knowledgeable and nurturing and I firmly believe they can take care of any issue you may have. I’ve gone to them in times of bad (sick as a dog!) and just for general well-​being and always walk out feeling better. They also give out pretty good life advice if needed! Individual appointments are great as well as the group room… what a concept! I agree with KJ… if you’ve been wanting to try acupuncture… go to Synergy.

Synergy Wellness is such an appropriate name for Tiffany’s practice. Tiffany has had a huge impact on my life – from recommended dietary changes, acupuncture and essential oil treatments, encouragement for emotional growth, and beyond. I came in a time of great need and my desire to grow combined with Tiffany’s spirit, well-​rounded approach, and knowledge were just the gifts I needed to make a positive, synergistic change in my life. I can not say enough good about Synergy Wellness Center! I had given up on traditional medicine helping me (just live with the pain) and decided to try acupuncture. I have used the private rooms and the group room and both offer wonderful relief! I like that the group room has an energy about it is available for a very reasonable price! It is so easy to schedule online. The staff is so caring and kind. I highly recommend this clinic!

I was always on the fence when it came to alternative medicine, but after seeing Tiffany for 6+ years, I am a true convert. Tiffany has helped me get over pain that traditional doctors and even chiropractors could not — sometimes in only one treatment! Tiffany is very professional, caring, and effective. I was so afraid to have acupuncture the first time but I needed help! Tiffany put me at ease right away and not only did she help me with the original issue but has helped me and my family with multiple issues for over 4 years! She is a wonderful person and I trust her with my health and wellness. If you have been considering trying acupuncture she is THE ONE to try it with! She also has great specials and online scheduling! I promise you will not only feel comfortable but you will feel great when you leave her office!

Tiffany cares. It is that simple. You will feel it and know right away, she will cure you if you will listen and work with her. She is the best in her field. Synergy Wellness is by far the best in Seattle!!! [can you tell I am a slight fan]
