It really doesn’t get better than Vern Fonk Insurance
I had no idea an insurance agent can be this good. Alex and Nick are great agents. Not sure what the deal is with these guys, but they have just about the best customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. They answer the phones immediately, totally quick, totally helpful.

Would have to agree with other review — Vern Fonk has been completely awesome since I started with them in 2001.
I initially went there for an SR22 but as my record got better, they continually found be better and cheaper service and rates.

I LOVE Vern Fonk!!! Not only are the commercials hilarious, the service at the Totem Lake Office is outstanding!
When the hub and I recently had some «auto issues» we had to turn to the Fonk and they came through for us! So much so that we actually left our dear man at Farmers.
To make a long story short, as much we still love our man at Farmers, Vern Fonk was able to cut our car insurance in HALF!!! I was so happy!
And Sally at the Totem Lake Office rules. When she sees me walk in the door, she always has a great smile, remembers my name and has my file pulled up by the time I sit down! I love her!
AND this last time I went in I even got a free Vern Fonk Tshirt!!!
I just can’t be happier with the Fonk!
Oh, and on their website, you can even watch all their commercials and listen to the Fonk tunes!
