Via Lago

I visited them for a fitting for a fashion show they had their styles at and the process was very fun. From all the selections, I was able to find the style that I liked. The year prior, the store I was at wasn’t too interested in how those styles look on you but Chapman was. She’s very friendly and even though it was quite busy and it was her birthday, her love for making people feel great shines through.

I used to shop at this store all of the time, but after witnessing the way the owner, Chapman, treated a girl today, I won’t be back. The girl went in to see if Chapman would sell her Seahawks necklaces and she could barely get a word in. I was so disappointed at this interaction and refuse to shop somewhere where people are treated this way.

This store has it all — dedicated service from the owner — Chapman, and a diverse group of product lines. It is a great store.

I have recently moved to Kirkland and I was excited to see some high end boutiques.
I have visited Via Lago on 3 different occasions (purchased items once).
On all 3 visits I have never once been greeted with a hello, or welcome… nor a goodbye.
While in the dressing room and was never asked if I needed any assistance or different size etc.
Upon leaving today… I went to the door opened it and waited for the sales associate to look at me. I said I have come in here 3 times and I have never been greeted upon entry or been thanked upon exit… I said to her «Shame on you!» and left the store.
I will never return.

My money will spend happily ELSEWHERE!

I was referred to Via Lago from the girls at Flawless and so I walked in yesterday and was just in love with the place. The owner Chapman introduced herself and was so helpful in trying to find the right outfit for me as I was attending an event that night. She had a pair of shoes I wanted so bad but they didn’t have my size so she called Nordstrom for me and was looking online. Who does that any more? It was just fantastic customer service all the way through. I honestly felt like I left there having made a new friend. I cannot wait to go back when I have more time to really look around and spend some money.

This is one of my favorite places to shop by far, HANDS down! I recently drove past the store and noticed a dress in the window. So I called and they were so kind as to put this dress on hold till the next day in my size, granted I’m pregnant and they knew it would fit me.
I called the next day as I was driving to my event to make sure they had time to help me. THEY DID! Chapman even said she would help style me for the event I was rushing to, and she did just that. She helped with my makeup, my hair and offered me some bites to nibble on while I was getting ready. This is a very full service boutique and I love the ladies and their energy. Chapman is as fabulous as they come. Highly recommend this store for your clothing needs.

I relocated from Manhattan to Kirkland 10 years ago. One of my biggest fears was where the heck was I going to eat and shop in this quiet sleepy town. I can say eating still poses a challenge but shopping NEVER!!! I stumbled into Via Lago and met the owner Chapman. It’s funny as I now drop in every time I head back to NY and get decked out. She has the right brands at the right prices. I even needed a size she was sold out of and she went the extra mile and had the top sent to my hotel in NY and it was waiting for me when I got off the plane. I can tell you any of the old shops I regularly visited in NY would NOT have sent a top to Seattle for me. Chapman constantly shops the market to find new brands and trends to expand the stores offer. With my job I travel extensively overseas and trust me this Boutique, Via Lago is on point with any other shop I’ve visited. The exceptional service takes it to the whole next level. Stop by this winner when you have a chance and make sure to introduce yourself to the owner. You can’t miss her as she’s full of life and will remember you next time. It’s very refreshing!

This is my favorite place to shop for clothes. The styles are ones that look chic and stylish on ‘normal’ bodies. Chapman, the owner, is the best and always helps me find the perfect outfit. People always ask me where I shop when I am wearing something from Via Lago. :)

Great quality women’s clothes but the prices are high for those on a budget. The style is on par for the older crowd 30 and over that has a lil extra $$ to spend. The average prices for a pair of pants is about $ 100 with the shirts being $ 130+. Out of my range for clothes. Where is the mall where I can go to Banana Republic, Gap or Macy’s?

This is a fabulous place for everyone. I am over fifty and I love this place. The clothes have real style and panache. They are pieces you will really love. Chapman, owner and ringmaster, knows what looks flattering on each of her customers’. You don’t feel that she is suggesting the same thing to everyone. She is really quite discerning and you don’t get rushed.
I love this place. Perk up your spirit and buy one thing. Yes, it can be expensive but for one lovely item it is worth it.

This is my favorite clothing store ever… I can walk down there, Chapman will remember me right away, and almost every single thing in there is adorable. All I have to do is walk in and tell her what occasion I am shopping for, and I can count on getting something beautiful, practical, and appropriate.
It is a little bit expensive, but totally worth it for the style and quality. They regularly send me postcards advertising their sales and their Open Houses on 2^nd Thursdays — with free champagne and other goodies! The ladies there are sweet and friendly, without being pushy, and the atmosphere is totally relaxing despite the chi-​chi location and clothing.
