If you want wings, this place delivers the goods… lots of saucy wings and saucy sides. The wings come covered and dripping with wet sauce like the way they should be; no dry wings here. They offer a variety of sauce flavors and heat levels. If unsure what heat level you can take, you can ask for the sauce on the side, and dip away cautiously. I ordered a pound of 4-alarm wings with a side of bbq sauce, blue cheese, and another side of 6-alarm sauce to try. The wing eating experience here is plenty satisfactory. Kirkland location is great, seating was fast, and service was friendly. However the rating is 1 star shy from a 5 because a couple of tables didn’t look thoroughly wiped down, plus all the«rules» associated with ordering wings by the pound and associated sauces aren’t crystal clear if you’re new here.

The evergreen chicken wings place for us, we always order the level 5 with their house made sauce. The staff is very friendly and humble, love their wings and love this place.

Tried the place 5 years ago when we first moved to WA… Guys at work said it was great. They were WRONG. It was bad then, it’s still bad. We have it a second try tonight and won’t go back. WAY overpriced… Not enough sauce on the wings… I ordered mine extra crispy, but with the same sauce as my wife — the dipstick server didn’t know which was which when he dropped it off… Small wings — still hungry after spending $ 40 for 3lbs of wings and one basket of fries… Oh, and the service was terrible — no water refills, no check-ins, and slow. Won’t ever go back!

I am only giving this 1 star because the teriyaki and Franks sauce on the wings were not terrible! Everything else was just plain awful about this place. After waiting a life time to even receive a menu, my husband had to go looking for a server when we first arrived. Once we’d put in our order of the bottomless wings on Wednesday, they came out freezing cold. Like seriously, there was no heat in them at all. Again we had to go in search of a server as ours didn’t seem interested in checking on us. After sending them back with a different server, we were surprised to receive no apology or comment — just a ‘oh I’ll get some new ones then’. Like what? So we wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. 35 mins later and 5 wings(apparently this was 1lb?!!) come out, it was the wrong flavor, they weren’t well done as requested and didn’t have extra sauce as requested. They were soggy with hardly any sauce but they were hot thank god, so we ate them as we were starving by this point. I asked for sauce, which didn’t come out until we had only 1 left. Our server checked on us once to refill our drinks and didn’t return. $ 60 later and I’m asking myself why the hell we didn’t just stay home! We will definitely NEVER be going back.

The past couple of times I have been here I have had horrible service, with that being said I had outstanding service tonight. Caleb took EXCELLENT care of us. He was fast and professional, it took no time to get beer or wings on an all you can eat Wednesday. Thanks to him I will be back. I stopped coming because of previous waiting staff. Thank god you guys found some good help!!!

Went here on a sunny afternoon to enjoy the sunshine and beer. It’s exactly what you would expect, with cold beer and a tasty burger. They have TV’s throughout and definitely will go back to have wings while watching a Sounders game. If you’re looking for a place to sit with friends and have a few drinks with bar food, it’s as good a place as the next. Enjoy it for what it is… a nice dive bar with quality food.

I’ve only visited during off peak hours, so I can’t agree with some of the negative reviews posted. Wednesday is bottomless wing day! If you’ve got the empty stomach, expect to plow through *maybe* 3 baskets of wings; each containing 4. You can choose a different sauce for each basket. I’m all about the 3 alarm sauce; just enough heat and so delicious. I’ve been coming here since I was in high school and they’ve almost never steered me wrong. The wedge salad is super tasty! I would ask for dressing on the side as they put quite a bit on there, but the toppings are wonderful. One star is deducted because of the inconsistency with the amount of sauce the wings are drenched in. Most days they are perfect, one time they were super dry and my most recent visit they were super drenched(which I didn’t mind at all, I love the taste and dipped my vegies in it). The service has always been great when I come. Usually during lunch hours mid-week.

Been here twice. Service was good! They messed up on what of our orders and they said they were going to take it off our check but they forgot. I am not the type to free-load so I didn’t mention it. The food is good and we will probably come back again.

What happened? The Wing Dome was the SPOT in 2005 – 2010. Great quality wings and really decent prices. But then things took a turn… At first I was just pissed off that you tried to raise the rates at the height of the economic crisis, which is, like, the opposite of what you should be doing in 2009. You are supposed to be a refuge — a mirage in a desolate landscape tailored for broken spirits in need of a good ale and saucy wings. You don’t charge people MORE during a recession… So I stopped coming and barraged your facebook page, demanding lower prices, until you finally blocked me.(Sorry you can’t handle the heat even though one of your main staples is a wing doused in insanely hot sauce. How ironic.) But ALAS! …I came back to your restaurant last night. Like a phoenix from the flames, ready for a classic come-back story, hoping that everything that happened before was in the past. I was sadly disappointed. The«Whole Wing Wednesday»(bottomless wings) was pathetic. Seriously. Were those wings ripped off the carcasses of reject chickens that Tyson and Foster Farms threw in the dumpster when they were rejected by KFC? And do you realize people originally came to your restaurants to literally bathe in your sauce? Why are you being so stingy? Also… you only let us order 1lb of wings at a time(which was literally 3 – 4 wings) and it would take 20 minutes just to get the next order. So, while we’ve had 4 wings and are waiting for the next 4, our friends had already finished their meals, which was bad because we men have hearty appetites and could have devoured your wings for hours. And the service! HA! «Who had the Rasta? No… I mean the 2-Alarm?» «…Uhhh, I had a 3-Alarm.» «Oh, right… these are 3-Alarm» …do you have any idea what you are serving? Come on, man! So, I say again… WHATHAPPENED?! You’re the friend who left college and didn’t realize that drinking every day meant you were an alcoholic. So, you continued to drink like«Goin Up on a Tuesday» was your theme song and slowly started to lose mates until you’re sitting there in a Wendy’s parking lot asking the dumpster if he’s seen The Lone Ranger, which was a terrible movie. Don’t do this to yourself. Remember who you were.

Frustratingly inconsistent now. There product is all over the board. We were regulars when they first opened, 20 years ago in Seattle off 45th. Never the issues that seem to plague them now. And seriously– 4 pieces of celery because any more will break the bank? I honestly prefer BWW now and will make the extra effort to go there.

This review is solely based on their online ordering and inefficient pick up services. I made an order to be picked up at 7:30 but it wasn’t ready for an additional 20 minutes. I’m not sure what the point of ordering and requesting a certain for pick up time when that request isn’t fulfilled. I walked out at 7:50 without a single apology. Unsure of what the point of the online ordering/pick up service is for.

Horrible customer service. Food takes forever to come out. They are always understaffed. The food is good but would only go here if the place was empty

I’ve been going here for years because it’s close to my work. It’s gone downhill so fast in the last year. They lost a few really quality staff and since then the turnover has been ridiculous. This leads to a constant flow of people who don’t know the menu or have never served before. They’re friendly but slow and our orders are wrong quite often. But the worst thing has been how awful the food has gotten, particularly the wings, which seems odd considering that’s sort of their thing. They’re tiny, you’ll get one or two drumsticks out of a whole pound of wings, and the sauces vary from non-existent to a gallon with little room in between. They’ve also changed their take-out menu, and you can’t take the lunch special to go anymore. What? Why? Seems like the owners have gotten cheap and are cutting corners wherever they can. We’re going to be redeeming the points on our rewards card, and then we won’t be returning.

I love this place. We got the Thursday special with 3lb’s of wings. Getting there a little early we got a seat real fast and service was wonderful. Our server was very nice and always there to help if we needed something more. This week we got the cheese, garlic and bbq sauces. The bbq being my least favorite. Its an ok sauce. The cheese and garlic though where wonderful. The ranch and blue cheese dips a welcome addition. Also the tot’s, cant forget those. Standard tater tot’s but with a nice seasoning. Crisp and fresh. The have a house ketcup that had a hint of spice to it but once again the ranch trumped all.

This is the first place I visited for wings since moving here from Houston, TX… all I can say is horrible excuse for a wing spot. Sorry the quality is just subpar. I carried out so no review on the staff but I can’t get over how bad the food was when I opened the box. The wings were the size of my pinky finger and I paid way too much for such quality. I will be making my own wings from here on out if this is what I have to look forward to in the area.

The Wing Dome delivered tonight. I know I know your supposed to order wings but who can do that when their burgers are so tasty. Tuesday night is «dads night to cook». That means kids eat free. That in-turn means there are a lot of kids. It gets a little noisy but what the heck. We all had burgers tonight — delish! The tator-totts were great so was the garlic bread. Normally I’m a triple garlic chop chop salad kind of girl but not tonight. It’s even worth it to buy the sauce & cook at home. Either way… IT’s All Good!

Once again they have reverted to their old ways. Crappy burnt dinky wings. Quils on the flat pieces. Dodged a rat in the parking lot as well. Never again. You guys suck. Period.

I love coming here for beer and delicious wings, especially the Thai sweet chile ones! Sunday’s are definitely more low key here and we’ve been sitting out on the patio when we go each time which is nice. The last couple of weeks 1 – 2 people in our group have been brave enough to try the 7 Alarm wings and everyone has quickly regretted it, haha. Those things are not fun! The prices are pretty decent and service is always good. We’ll keep coming back here for our fun Sunday night outs for sure.

It’s a nice wing joint. You can pretty much get the exact wings you want as opposed to some places where they have one type and you’re stuck. They have TV’s for game time, but they’re not particularly big. The service is professional and pleasant. Great place to get together with friends or family.

My man and I had been craving deep fried pickles for awhile, and we knew this place makes some delicious ones. Stopped by just to grab the pickles and ended up discovering their lunch specials and decided to order a burger and a sandwich for the $ 8.99 deal. Anyways. So we came in and sat down and waited a few minutes for menus. The server came by and took our order which is when we ordered the pickles; we needed some time to decide on the entrees as we had never had anything else from here. We ordered our food and waited. When the pickles came out we asked for a few side sauces, never received them. Our server seemed to check on every table but ours, especially the one nearest to us; he stopped multiple times for them. Another girl server came through the main dining area picking up glasses off tables, looked straight at me, then at my water empty glass, and went into the back. No water refill. We also watched 3 employees come in to a busy restaurant from out back, on smoke breaks I am assuming. It literally looked like only one guy was working on the floor in the entire restaurant. He was working really hard, but seemed to want to ignore us. Very dirty restaurant, literally every single table had crumbs on it. No condiments on the tables either; they should at least have that if their servers aren’t going to accommodate their customers with some basic essentials like salt and pepper. We sat looking around for awhile, waiting for someone to come by to refill drinks or just to acknowledge that we were all good. A guy came over, we were assuming he was a manager of some sort, and apologized to us as we canceled our order and got up and left. Basically if you aren’t eating wings or drinking beer don’t expect any level of service. Will probably not make the trip back up here, will try out a different location.
