Days Inn Kirksville

I came here for an interview a few days ago and I was pleasantly surprised by the good service and the accommodations. For the price, I didn’t expect a fridge or anything in my room but the bed was every comfortable and soft. The bartender downstairs was very nice and even helped me order delivery since I had no idea where to get food. One of the managers, Naman mentioned that the beds were recently updated so I had a great nights sleep.
But this hotel goes beyond that. The taxi service in this town is very spotty and often a bit overpriced (the town is only 5 miles long but a 5 minute ride can cost $ 15). Naman offered to drive me for my interview and even left me a phone number to contact him to get picked up free of charge. When my interview concluded, 2 of my fellow interviewees attempted to call their taxi service who never picked up. The moment I contacted Naman, he came within 5 minutes. He wouldn’t even accept my tips! He gave me a good overview of the town giving me a ride. Since he had some more free time that day, he even drove me back to the airport again free of charge.
I can not recommend this place enough, the room was cozy, the service and professionalism were impeccable.
