The Tub Connection

I should have listened to the bad reviews I have read about this business online!
I have ordered a bathroom vanity from this company with FREE shipping, which they were suppose to deliver within 3 – 5 business days. They have, however refused the delivery, unless I have paid $ 150 to their delivery service. Since I have purchased the vanity with FREE shipping, I told them, that I will not pay $ 150 or any amount. Then they have tried to extort $ 75 from me. I have never received their product, yet they have still charged me $ 800 for the vanity. After disputing the charge with my credit company, The Tub Connection, who operates through Cambridge Plumbing, have told my credit card company that I have REFUSED the delivery, that is why they are charging me. I will keep disputing the charge, since I got NOTHING for $ 800! This company is very dishonest, their customer service is non-​existent, no wonder that they have to hide behind so many different businesses. Will NOT purchase anything from them ever again, I am sticking with
