Would highly recommend A-​Mrazek for your move. Sales agents were friendly, flexible, and thorough. Driver was top-​notch and the unloading crew in STL was outstanding. They were careful with our furniture, boxes, etc and cheerfully moved some of our stuff to be able to put the furniture in our desired locations. The loading crew in FW was efficient and friendly. The coordinator kept us informed throughout the move.

Steer clear! The estimate given wasn’t even close to what I ended up paying and ended up costing considerably more, double in fact. Several of my items are missing and have never turned up, and there are many broken and damaged items. I purchased the insurance and they wouldn’t reimburse on everything claiming the damage to the furniture was old, which it wasn’t, or that I didn’t pack correctly. There was an entire box that every item was broken. It’s as if someone dropped the whole box.

This business move me on the 10^th of June from downtown to Tower Grove. They stop for a smoke break and they waited 55 minutes because there was no tape now they’re only taking off $ 30 for one man instead of all four people that was supposed to be there for 1 hour I should get this less stars because it was a $ 1,290 move there only taking 30 dollars off. Money is money and that was a little unprofessional. It was a hot day and they moved well but waiting 55 minutes was uncalled for, They claimed 4 movers were moving me, but only 3 were actually moving me. They added on a whole bunch of charges. i thought by giving them a big tip it would be great. They did well moving, but when it came to tools and $‘s they messed up.

I want to admit upfront, that up until my furniture got delivered, I would have rated this company with 4 – 5 stars. But I had two beds, a king and a queen. Each one looks like one side has been drug through oil and dirt. I took pictures of this damage, and their claims guy emailed me and said there was no proof that they did it. That my mattresses were marked as worn when they were picked up. Well, guess what, after reading over their inventory sheet, that they will ask you to sign, every piece of furniture was marked as being «R=Rubbed,» «SC=scratched,» «W=badly worn» or «M=Marred» to name a few. My headboard, doesn’t have a scratch on it, even after the move, and they had it marked this way. This is their way out. If they use their little note system, have you sign it, and then damage your stuff. They just point to the inventory sheet and say – «It was damaged when they pick it up.» Ask a lot of questions of this CREW!

I highly recommend them for your move. Yesterday was the 2^nd residential move we’ve used A-​Mrazek and both times I’ve been extremely happy. The packing crews were efficient and good. The actual moving crews are awesome! So friendly, professional and also efficient. Both times I’ve bought the crews lunch because they worked so hard. They are meticulous with protecting your home before they start and they do a great job cleaning up. They have a corporate employee who stays in touch with you all the way through, calling you through the middle of the day on moving day. Their quality control manager physically drives to your house on moving day to see how things are progressing. They are reasonably priced. This company is awesome!!!
