I was $ 45 min. On a project. I asked sales rep Don If it was possible to clean up the edges of the design. He said «oh yeah». I get there two days later they hand me a transparent sheet with my design that I supplied with a crease in it, hair on it and vinyl shavings I had to wipe off myself to inspect it. I asked about the choppy lines and they said it was my fault. I asked why the lettering was crooked and they had an excuse for that to. It was computer font that straight no matter what. I told them they should not charge me for this after handing it to me like that. They tried to charge me $ 55 more to fix their mistakes. I said no and left. What a joke. How do you do that?
