The most disgusting place you’ll ever see. Everything is filthy. The neighborhood is also sketchy to say the very least. DO NOT STAY HERE OR YOU’LL BE WISHING YOU LISTENED TO ME.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME… I rented a 4 bedroom 3 bath condo thru
. Actually had another room with was a game room with a tv. The main floor has one bedroom and a full bath, kitchen with everything (blender, toaster, can opener dishwasher, washer and dryer) then a kitchen table and living room with TV and dvd player. Outside is a hot tub and some patio chairs. Upstairs is the master bedroom with full bath, then the game room, another full bath and then bedroom with 2 twin beds no tv, another bedroom with 2 twin beds no tv. There are closets in all bedrooms. You will need a code to get in the resort, which was emailed to me one week prior to my arrival. They have a pool and play ground. Target is close by. I recommend not taking 7 dwarfs rd to get here, keep driving and your gps will get you there.

A nice little community in the heart of Kissimmee, off a back road but very near a Wal-​Mart, Sam’s Club and several grocey stores, not to mention numerous restaurants and other amenties.
Biggest gripes so far: we live near the pool and there are many LOUD children on a pretty regular basis. Secondly there are no mailboxes so it’s necessary to go and pick up mail from the office, during office hours.
Otherwise it is generally clean and well-​maintained, furnished too, which was a big bonus. Just be sure to ask for the specific floor plan before you come/​move in, ours was different than stated.
