I’m not sure if my taste buds have changed, but I used to love dippin dots as a kid and even in college, but none of it tastes good… at least it didn’t here. I came to this shop out of nostalgic reasons and was shocked to see all the flavors availableX I tried a few and they all tasted so artificial. The lemon flavor reminded me of pledge furniture polish. I asked the worker what was the non-dairy version made of and she couldn’t tell me. I decided to just go with an old school favorite, banana split. It just wasn’t as good as I remembered. I will give the disclaimer that over the years I have eliminated as many non natural foods out of my diet, so it’s possible that my palate no longer appreciates artificial flavors.

Love Dip and Dots but the woman working behind the counter needs an attitude adjustment. She was very rude today.

You can not come to Kissimmee and not stop by dippin dots! These little guys are so good for absolutely no reason l0l they are so fun to eat, and tasty!!! I wish we had them near my home in Maryland but we sadly do not! If you have never had them stop by and get them! I warn you they are addicting and if you like banana splits then try that flavor!!! That’s my absolute favorite! I will be going back before I leave :)

Clean, quiet place, good selection of ice cream dots and regular ice cream. Ice cream can me in a cup or a cone, including a waffle cone. The large waffle cone was 50 cents more. There are three different size cups for the dippin dots and we were able to select two flavors for the medium cup. The little strip mall seemed a little quiet but I think a few of the stores were vacant.

There really is not much to this place to give it an extreme rating. The selections are large, offering at least 20 – 30 flavors. The location is in an old strip mall, a little hidden from the rest of the tourist traps. We have been frequenting for years, as our daughter LOVES this place. We visited again today after being away for a year. We were disappointed to find out that you can no longer order two flavors in one small cup, as we have always done in the past. When we tried to order two flavors, we were abruptly stopped with«NO!!! You can only choose one flavor. Two for the medium and four for the large!!!» When we responded by asking if this had recently been changed, the woman(older woman, she reads a book when she is not paying attention to you… not the typical hs/college girl usually there) responded by telling me she has been there for 7 years and I am wrong. …slowly walk away and start getting our ice cream somewhere else. Come on. I can see tourists being a pain in the ass. but this is taking customer service to a new low. If you can’t be nice to people, do not work in a customer service position. If your employees cannot be nice to people, try training them. We have eaten here no less than 25 times over the years. We are very unlikely to come back with queen mcbitchy working the counter. Even my daughter was taken back by the rudeness. Our ice cream however, was freaking delicious. I had the Kettle Corn, which was a first. material.

Great place for other kinds of dd’s. The strawberry ice was delicious. It’s a big place for many people but it is always empty. Get the large size, not the medium. There is a big difference in size-not in price

A must do when on vacation… at least 2 times for sure. We love it so much. Lots of flavors. If you don’t know what it is, just think ice cream… really cold ice cream!

Dirty little place in a dirty little shopping lot, I thought I was gonna get mugged in the parking lot. My friend who ate their«ice cream» said it tasted like chemicals and threw it away.

Frozen particles of ice cream were amazing. Seemed to be a even colder treat then regular ice cream was worth the drive to try something new

They have STRAWBERRY dippin dots — is there anything better in this world? The place was empty and we got immediate excellent service!!! It looked little run down and was a little pricey — but if you’re a fan of dippin dots — this place will not disappoint — true heaven!!! 10 stars if they added a foot massage — lol :)

There was soo much excitement when I realized that dipping dots was available not only at amusement park vending carts and was there for people to enjoy minus amusement park/parking tickets when I saw this brick and mortar store at the plaza! Stepped inside and immediately see a drabby employee mope around with her mop — def brought the mood down :(I was with a bunch of kids and we decided to try some flavors out to figure out our selection. The dipping dots girl was so unhelpful — with every question we asked she basically gave us a circular answer in terms of flavoring. Then she goes on to roll her eyes, sighs, and hurries us to make our decision. Maybe because we went 1.5 hours before closing so she had an attitude, I don’t know. But all I remember was her being RUDE. Even my ice cream tasted like attitude — RUINED my experience… RUINEDIT! We ordered and left.

Great place, super friendly staff, great ice cream, but a small is still $ 4.50 per cup!

I love this ice cream. The frozen miniature balls of ice cream is one of the greatest inventions ever created. Ever! There is a huge selection to choose from and it’s worth the ridiculous price ;) I wish one of these was closer around my house and not have to take advantage of it when we go on vacation.

I LOVE Dippin’ Dots! This store has a really good selection of flavors, though the couple of times I’ve been in there the service is hit or miss.

I love the idea of Dippin Dots. Little liquid Nitrogen frozen balls of ice cream in all different kinds of flavors you can mix and match. It’s really fun and I’m sure kids would love it. It’s a fun novelty. It just wasn’t the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I had the moose tracks plus the candy bar crunch as I dived in i felt like the novelty and fun of the item was far more interesting than the ice cream itself. Service was a plus. I’d recommend this for kids and kids at heart but not for serious ice cream lovers.

I love dipping dots. Good thing they’re everywhere I go… The last time I had these was in Japan! What a perfect way to cool down in the humid weather. This place has a lot of selections and also regular ice cream if you so wish, but WHY? =p Though, yes… it is a bit pricey. $ 4+ for a small cup. Ah well, the price of love.
