I wanted to order the Chicago-​style pizza but was informed that a 45 prep/​cook time was required so I went with the regular pizza. I also ordered Lasagna but they were all out. Despite these inconveniences, the food was incredible and was one of the best pizzas that I have had. It took a really long time to get the food so definitely order appetizers if you are eating there. We were there so long that our waiter struggled to keep up with the refills for the table. Overall, the food was fantastic; order ahead by phone if you can.

Not good today at all! Been here before never disappointed. Today total fail 1 hour wait for the simple cheese pizza, when they finally arrive cardboard dry and tasteless. Won’t be back. I think they robbed me for $ 80 bucks!

Friendly service but pizza is mediocre. Tasteless hard crust too hard to cut through. Bland tomato sauce, bland ingredients. Nice size though, choice of 3 to pick from. Long wait. Won’t be back for pizza here :/

My husband and I were visiting when we ate here. The food was good. The service was excellent. The pizza did not taste like cardboard. Maybe people were mistakenly eating the actual cardboard that’s beneath the pizza?
Overall, we had an awesome experience and will be returning when we’re in the area again.

We ordered delivery and told it would take an hour. Took an hour and twenty minutes and the pizza was cold, crust was like cardboard and the salad was warm. For a place that’s less then a mile away from our hotel this was poor.

I love this pizza. They made our take out pizza wrong (misheard peppers instead of pepperoni-​very understandable mistake). We didn’t notice it until we got home so they delivered the correct one to our house along with two complimentary desserts. Thank you for being so sweet (no pun intended). High compliments to you for your delicious deep dish pizza and customer service!

Entered this place by chance. Intended to go to the German place next door, but the empty restaurant discouraged us from trying out German food, instead the crowds (weekday) drew us here.
Any way once in, we liked the ambiance and ordered a deep dish pizza, half n half (meat n more meat and pesto chicken). After a 45 min long wait we realised the server messed up and just got pesto chicken. He was willing to get us the pizza of our choice but that would mean another 45 min wait. We agreed to eat the pesto chicken as we were starving. Must say it was delicious, the most awesome pizza we have had. Totally worth the wait and order mess up. Just one small pizza is good for 2. Definitely recommend it to all pizza lovers.

First visit tonight. Seated right away. Waitress reassured us she would be there soon. Ordered a medium sausage, green pepper and onion pizza and two soft drinks. No drinks. Eventually the waitress acknowledged that she had forgotten our beverages and brought them to our table. When she brought the pizza it was pepperoni and sausage instead of what we had ordered. No problem we thought until she interrupted our explanation and tried to convince us we actually ordered what she brought. The establishment and the pizza deserved a 4. The waitress deserved a 1 or less.

Excellent pizza. Had the deep dish Chicago classic (pep, onion, mush) as take out. I liked that they keep your order in a warmer oven until you pick it up instead of out in the open under some heat lamps. 6 slices in the small and my wife and I could only finish 4. Will be back to try the thin crust for sure!

I am so happy that my boyfriend convinced me to come here! Best decision for dinner during our vacation. He mentioned the place before, but the idea of having pizza just did not sit well with me. Sounded kind of boring actually.
Boy was I wrong! This is not ordinary pizza… it is deep dish Chicago style pizza! This was my first time trying it and I am officially in love with it. To start off, we ordered bruschetta which was amazing. The bread was perfect and the tomatoes soo fresh and well seasoned. We enjoyed our appetizer with a nice pinot grigio.
The deep dish pizza takes about 45 minutes as they make it fresh when you order. We decided to go half veggie and the other half with chicken and garlic. It was beyond delicious! I can’t wait to go back and try it again.
The service was great as well. Such nice and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place for my pizza lovers out there.

First time being here, and glad I made the decision to try this place despite some bad reviews posted on Unilocal.
Service was great, the server kept checking on us to make sure we were good.
I ordered extra thin crust with 4 additional ingredients, and it was delish.
It’s a bit crowded, so expect to wait at least 30min.
I will definitely recommend this place.

LOVED THIS PIZZA. This really lives up to it’s title as Chicago’s best pizza. The deep dish pizza may take 40 – 50 minutes, but it’s definitely worth the wait. However, my family of 7 ordered 2 pizzas and we couldn’t even finish one. Each slice is the equivalent to about 3 normal sized pizzas. It’s cooked to perfection and creatively made. Definitely eating this next time I’m back in Orlando. The pizza also refrigerates very well so we’re taking home leftovers. I enjoyed this place with the amazing atmosphere. The balloon lady was also a nice touch. I definitely recommend this place.

One of our group had heard of this restaurant before so we took a chance and walked in. Literally walked there as it was in the shopping center outside of our apartment. We were greeted promptly and seated quickly. We decided upon a medium crust pizza as we didn’t want all the bread on the stuffed crust. Our server took our order efficiently and sweetly and he went to place it. After about 20 minutes our delicious looking pizza came out. Boy was it yummy. The flavors of the meats and cheeses were so good, it was burn your mouth hot, and it was cut into 16 little pieces, so you go to eat lots of pieces and enjoy every morsel. I will certainly return to this restaurant when I’m in Orlando again and will look for Giordanos when I’m traveling and near home. Great job!
