The most unprofessional company of ever dealt with in my life. Do not book them for your party I purchased a Groupon for them with the package that came with the Bounce House face painter and popcorn machine. The popcorn machine was completely disgusting dirty when I dropped it off still have popcorn in it and so much rust built up in it that I couldn’t use it for the birthday. They showed up 3 hours late with the bounce house and the face painter showed up a couple hours late. I try speaking with manager with no luck it took a couple hours to get an answer back and he could care less than the situation he said that there’s nothing that he could do for me. Also the delivery man who dropped off the bounce house was completely unprofessional as well, talking about his personal life and his ex wife’s drug addictions with children walking around. I asked if he could place it on a flat surface he refused and placed it on a hill and it kept deflating on the children. For the time of the bounce house was there was the only part that was worth it. Besides that complete waste of money never booking with them again. Wish I would have choosen a different company :(.

We had Latin Happy Face come out to our daughters first bday party in Sep. We were blown away. I have from that moment on told everyone about where to get the best PARTY RENTALS IN KISSIMMEE !!! Thank you for making our party the best !! Thank you LHF!

I purchased a Groupon for $ 249 that gave me a bounce house, cotton candy and facepainter for my sons 6^th bday party Nov 7^th. He was so excited he told everybody about the face painter. Bouncehouse and cotton candy machine got delivered a day prior so party day comes and facepainter never shows or calls, I tried calling them without respose so we cut the cake and wrapped things up. Next day I get a call while at church, the delivery men are trying to get the cotton candy machine bur nobody is home. I told them im far so wait, he said call the boss I cant wait, I mentioned the facepainter not showing so I need to speak to boss. Tried calling and left messages still nothing. Thursday I sent email finally got a call from «owner», he asked what happened I explained he said he will call me back gotta investigate. He calls a few hours later and tell me he will process a credit for the facepainter and he doesnt do business that way and he apologize. He said the girl had car trouble, he takes my info then before he hang up asked if he can get back the cotton candy machine I told him I left it on the porch as promised since I spoke to the delivery man he just never came to get it. Next day I come home machine is gone, yet a month has passed and still no credit. I call no response I email and nothing. I figure he only responded cause he think I was holding the cotton candy machine ransom. Smh. Never again, they ruined my sons party, made me look like a liar telling people to b on time for face painting then have the nerve to b dodging me. Not the way to do business, if I wanted just a bouncehouse and cotton candy I would have used the guy I usually use and got both for $ 125

After they messed up and didn’t bring a clown when they were supposed to because they «didn’t have my cousin in their records» (after we gave them a deposit) they came but they brought a clown and a transformer. Their son was happy and that’s all that matters.

Great!!! Greattt great!!! I hired them for my sons birthday and he had a blast!!! All the parents and kids got involved by dancing and playing games. The minion look amazing!!! They did soooo great, everyone kept asking to book them. We actually even booked the minion for a wedding!!! Yesssss a wedding!!! It was a hit! Guest had a great time dancing with the minion at the reception. Highlyyyyyyy recommend !
