Massageworks Salon and Day Spa

Great service, sweet ladies who went out of their way to help me relax. The receptionist at the front desk took care of a locked out of rental issue (went outside to deal with triple AAA) for me while i continued to enjoy my service. This is truly a full service spa. Autum arrived earlier than her shift to work with me. She was cognizant of any pain I could be experiencing «are you ok» «are you comfortable» «is this too hot» …etc. I am from Miami… Wish they were located up there so i could visit weekly. Nice work ladies. Great customer service.

I have to give this day spa 5 well deserved star! I have been several times and the customer service is awesome. I was greeted immediately upon entry & no waiting for my procedure (i.e. Colonic, pumpkin scrub, massage). I even went back with my daughter & we left feeling like butta! lol, we were so relaxed. Recommend this spa YES YES YES! After my massage I was greeted with a well needed glass of wine and a warm soft robe & they did not rush me out like some other places. Very reasonable prices & they actually have seasonal specials. This is a hidden gem everyone should try

After being a loyal customer for hair services for almost 3 years, I was recently disappointed by a pedicure I received. After the pedicure I experienced pain in my toes and it got worse each day (hurting to walk pain, never had this sort of pain after a pedi!) I was able to see a podiatrist a few days later who confirmed that a toe infection was present (although it could not be confirmed it was because of this salon, however it is the only pedicure I have gotten in 7 weeks and was not in this type of pain prior to the pedicure). So, I explained this to the receptionist (she was understanding it seemed) and I was assured by the salon that a refund of my pedicure could be issued once the owner got into town and she was known of my situation (which i requested the refund in check or back to my card). After waiting a week for the owner to get back she said the best she could do was a gift certificate to the salon, which I declined. I wanted the refund on my card or check only as I asked from the get-​go. I will never revisit this salon after this experience. After a loyal customer gives you a concern like this, it should be taken seriously. I feel the customer service is lacking and the owner was not professional in my situation.

Nice downtown location but cramped and loud. I had a mediocre manicure pedicure that took 30 minutes and was charged $ 55 without tip. For a man’s service with no polish, this was an outrageous price.

I spent several hours here as part of the Classic Spa package. From the moment I called to book, the receptionist was very friendly. The massage was awesome (I am a massage therapist, so I am a hard critic on massage services). I loved that it was a real hour of massage, not a 50 min. like other places. The facial was relaxing and I appreciated that she was knowledgable about the products, but didn’t push products on me (HATE it when places try to up-​sell with products). The mani/​pedi was fine. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely return.

Visited Massagworks for the first time today I am extremely picky about my massages. but REALLY enjoyed this one. It was a great addition to the juice cleanse i have been on. A very relaxing and skillful detox massage by Marilyn. Next up was a Colonics which was very uncomfortable but WOW the results. This is something that I will continue to do for my health. I honestly feel I lost a good 5lbs. Marilyn did an excellent job and i did not tip nearly enough which i will rectify on the next visit :)
The only reason this didnt get 5 stars is because I dont like walking into the salon portion for spa services. I walked in to the smell of chemicals (I think someone getting nail services) its also a bit loud. The Spa side is great!

My friend and I had a wonderful spa day!!! Jeri, Angel and Jubilee were all terrific. They are very professional and really know their work. We bought a 5 ½ hour spa package with 5 treatments & lunch for $ 300, an amazing value. The salon isn’t very large, but has several treatment rooms, 2 showers in the ladies room, a dry sauna, a soothing quiet room and a full service salon. It takes up the corner of the City Center building on Broadway in downtown Kissimmee. You can select your own lunch from Nature’s Table & it was very nicely laid out in the quiet room between treatments. I wish we had booked our day to start earlier. There were so many cute little shops, I wish we’d had time to browse.
After our spa day, we went around the corner & topped off our day with a great dinner at Savion’s Place. Prices and meals were the best we’d had in Orlando. Three sister’s wine bar, A Red Shoe Martini bar are on the same street and have lovely interiors and sidewalk service.
Massage Works is about 20 minutes from the Caribe Royal Resort and Disney hotels. Even with the cab ride over, it was a much better value than the resort spa. A perfect day!

Had a great Colonic today with Marilyn and awesome Massage from Virginia, excellent experience will definately be back !!

As a first timer I was nervous, but the colon hydrotherapist Mary Ann explained into detail the benefits of having toxins flushed out from the colon which made the experience a smooth one. Just from experiencing cleanses in the past I can honestly say colonics is the easier route since you don’t have to deprive yourself to just drinking liquids for several days only. Colonics only lasts about 30 – 40 minutes and the more relaxed you are the better it is. The benefits of a clean colon means that the vital nutrients in your body are properly utilized, thus giving you energy and help you feel fresh and healthy. Throughout the whole procedure Mary Ann made sure the hydrotherapy was as comfortable as it can be. It was painless but at times you can feel very full of water and slight pressure on your stomach. When it was done I immediately noticed a surge of energy, feeling lighter and ready to exercise. Very much would recommend this salon for this procedure since they are very clean, friendly, and informative about this sort of stuff.

Today I got an hour relaxation massage by Susie and it was amazing, she added a stress relieving infusion to my massage oil that smelled amazing. I left feeling very calm and refreshed, will definitely visit again when I am in the area!
