Micro Key Software Incorporated

After posting the earlier review I received a phone call from Joe, a member of the management of Micro Key Solutions. He stated that they would refund the whole purchase price of the software. I told him I would call him back the following week for my decision on the offer.
When I did he tried to get me to agree to pay us back 75% of the purchase price. His reasoning was because they had costs involved in the sale of the product. My comment was, «and you think we did not?» Unbelievable!
Joe stated that he’d have the check sent. After a week he called to say his check was sitting on his desk and before he would mail it he added another stipulation. He stated that his installers would have to remote to my machine to remove any settings that were in the computer before he mailed it.
After what we have been through with them already, do you think I’ll have them touch any more of my computers!
Now it is July 30^th and no check and crooked company. Stay clear if you are smart.
