Like the others reviews say’s 1 star is compliment for the service, i call to make an appointment for an ultrasound for my mon, and the just ask what kind of exam do you need, and i say Thyroid Ultrasound and the lady just answer ok HOLD A MINUTE, after 10 min i start to find the reviews on line, at the minute 12:30 on mi phone i call Sand Lake Imaging and at the minute 15:02 i already have my appointment in the other line with sand lake imaging and unfortunately finish the call with SimonMed Imaging with nobody help me

I walked in at 8:20, not too many people in there at the time, maybe 8 – 10. Came in for a chest x-​Ray. Finally at 12:15, I went to the desk to get my ID, insurance card back as well as a refund on credit card. The gentleman at the desk asked,” oh, are you leaving?” Hell yea I’m leaving!!! Been here for almost 4 hours and at one point when I was paying for services I was told I was next. Another guy that was in a little bit before me wasn’t called back to pay for services for about 40 minutes after me was then told he was next. Sounds like they tell everyone that. They are completely unorganized nor do they even act as if they even care. I will also be telling my doctor so maybe they will start sending patients somewhere else.
