This Dunkin is terrible. The food is good and so are the drinks, all up to standard. However, the customer service is why I’m writing a damn Unilocal review for a Dunkin Donuts. They have no interest in the customer’s needs/wants or what they are giving the customer. They get my order wrong every single time and then are annoyed when I ask them to fix it. They leave ingredients off of sandwiches and don’t give you the time of day. If you can go to a different Dunks, definitely do.

Well, do you have to pass grade school to work here? It seems that the person running the counter might want to check into going back to grade school. Even though the cash register was telling her what change to give me(God for bid if she had to use her brain), she still had a problem counting the change out to me. By the way, $ 1.08 for a small thing of cream cheese when I already bought a bagel is RIDICULOUS! I will never return.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely outrageous. The employees are rude and unsupervised. The manager is a joke and shouldn’t have slept through all her training. The employees like to STEAL your change if you don’t notice so they can recieve a tip. When you bring it to the managers attention she will do nothing. I will never return and support this business again.

Disclaimer: Despite being dissatisfied with the service that I receive at this Dunkin Donuts’ location every time, I continue to go back. This is because the issue with this location is not it’s coffee or it’s food, but rather it’s customer service. The majority of problems that I have encountered here are due to the staff’s lack of interest in customers. I was a barista and I understand that the job is demanding, but it also would not hurt you to smile every once in a while. This disinterest often leads staff members to not listen to orders fully and to attempt to rush you through the ordering process. I live in Boston now so I am used to Dunkins being rather impersonal, but I just did not expect the same behavior in a small Maine town. An example of a reoccurring issue that I have here is when my father attempts to order his coffee. He likes hot coffee, but with 2 ice cubes to slightly cool it down(Dunkin coffee is always scorching with those misleading cups). This order manages to get screwed up each and every time, to the point where my father no longer wishes to go there. Instead, he chooses to make his coffee at home or go to Starbucks where they listen to his order. If this location could work on making customers feel welcomed, they would get my family’s business back. There are a couple staff members who could serve as positive models for the others.

They could do a little better to get my order right the first time.
