Fireserve has been a great solution to a very difficult internet problem at my remote resort. We have used two other providers and have had well over a thousand dollars in consulting fees trying to get reliable service for our staff and guests alike. I can say that Lee and the staff have been not only proactive in designing and trouble shooting our multi-property system but they have been hands on with myself and the staff in correcting issues and educating us to best practices and growth potential now that we have service we can count on. After so much worry and stress we are finally to a point where we can count on our internet and count on staff without reservation. It has saved me time, money and even given me a great way to enhance the guest experience here at the resort. We are happy to have Fireserve as our provider and can recommend without reservation.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Klamath Falls, OR
I began service with Fireserve in Feb. 2015 because Charter does not service my area in Klamath Falls. I spoke with Robin in person and was told that I could activate Broadband for $ 39.95/mo plus a one-time $ 99 activation fee. I was called a couple days later about installing the satellite. I wrote the installer a check for $ 85. I figured that this was the activation fee I was told about because nobody at Fireserve ever mentioned that there was an INSTALLATION fee, in addition to the ACTIVATION fee. You have to pay $ 185 just to begin service with this company, before you even get to find out if the service is any good. No one bothers to tell you, in writing or otherwise, that self-installation is even an option. Of course I would rather do that than dish out $ 85 I’m not even told about. Two months later(today) I receive my first bill in the mail. I have a $ 218.85 balance after two months of internet service! The due date is next Wednesday, five days from when I received the bill. No previous bills have been received by mail or email, so this was certainly a surprise. I was told that I had not received any bills because they made a typo with my email address. They also spell my name as Brian, not Ryan. I’m unimpressed with this company. Hopefully Charter Communications services your area, unlike my home. Those big ISPs are a pain to deal with, but at least you won’t get gouged for what is essentially a $ 185 install.
