Granvue Apartments

The apartment appears to be nice from afar. But as you get closer you will see it is poorly maintained and run down. The apartment that we rented was in fact was clean and tidy when we moved in and a great feature was we could pay the rent online. The view from the balcony that overlooked downtown and the Lake were stunning. The thing that I really struggled with is the amount of dog feces all over the property! The tenants would release their dogs from the doorway and let them poop and pee wherever they please and never picked up after them. As you can imagine in the summertime and that heat in K Falls completely STUNK! With the smell of dog poop so bad you couldn’t even stand to use the balcony. I think it’s great that people are allowed to have pets within their apartment but they have to clean up after thier pets and they «Rookstool property management» has not enforce it.
