Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Klamath Falls

They had the truck I wanted at a fair price. Excellent customer service, they went way out of their way to bring the truck to a location I could get to (like 5 hours out of their way over icy mountains) and followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend them to my friends/​family!

First off I had a sells man that was flat out rude. I walked out on him of coarse I gave them my information so the manager call me and apologized to me he go me to come back in. They gave me a new sells man his name is Levi. He was nice so I did the deal with him. He said he would get it detailed for me. When I went to pick it up after it was detailed he said that he paid for it out of his own pocket. I looked the car over on the inside it was very half assed detailed. I would have done a better job. But what ever. I had it for 3 days the power steering pump went out. I took it in to the Service center they confirmed yes it was the power steering pump. I sat there for three hours waiting for an estimate on how much it would be to get fixed. Finally I got tired of waiting so I left and told them to call me with the estimate. The service department never called me. I got the power steering pump fix shortly after that my check engine light came on. Went to get that checked out says it has a small vacuum leak. Again they do nothing. For the last straw I apparently need a key for my Lugnuts which I never got. I have been trying to call Lithia for the last three hours to get that taken care of and haven’t heard nothing. Hassle Free Zone my ass it is been nothing but a hassle with these people! They only want to make the sale they don’t care about the customer. Oh and to top it all off I took this car into Subaru which it did not pass a safety inspection. All cars are supposed to be guaranteed to pass safety inspection when buying a vehicle from them. That’s full of shit to!!!
