Our car broke down at the rim of crater lake. We called these guys on a Friday afternoon with an overheating car. We thought we were going to need a major repair. I asked what time they closed and they said, «we close at 5:00, but we’re here until the job is done.» They got us in and out with a new radiator cap. We dealt with Kevin, and he waited for us to arrive, was quick, super friendly and knew what he was doing. Our day took an ugly turn and they really turned it around.

Our Saab broke down 12 miles out of Klamath Falls, and we are so glad we had it towed here. The couple who owns the place is so friendly and helpful. Best of all, they ordered the broken fuel pump overnight from Portland, fixed the car the next morning, and had us on our way at a fair price. Our car problems could have been a disaster and ruined our trip. Instead, all turned out well, thanks to Midas Klamath Falls.
