A nice guy, however…
As a Dometic repair representative, Mike, the owner, got way in over his head on our big double door refrigerator! He replaced the coils, left wires hanging, the refrigerator/freezer doors no longer sealed properly, the unit never cooled properly, we had to cancel our trip, come back to Klamath Falls to have him fix it, he pretty much blew us off saying nothing was wrong and that it was working fine. 42° refrigerator temp is not fine. We proceeded on home to find a more knowledgable, mature person, who basically had to do the work all over again, finding parts missing, wires hanging, screws missing, all things that could have caused our refrigerator to catch on fire and burn our rig to the ground! Perhaps as a truck top sales and service he may be ok, but as an RV repair mechanic, I would not recommend him at all, especially if it’s a problem more involved than replacing a lightbulb!
