they never tested my daughter for dyslexia even though she could barely read in the third grade. I finally took her to Texas Childrens and yes she is dyslexic. They did put her on the 504 program. Now my daughter is having trouble in math and again they are no help I stay up til 9 or 10 every night with my child helping and going over her math with her, so its not that I am not trying. I had to call the superintendent of Klein isd to finally get a call back within an hour of speaking with the superintendents office I got a call from the principal. Find a better district, a district that actually cares about the child not the funding they get from your child passing the state testing.
