Great Place!
I was looking for a place to store our trailer. This place met all our needs. They have 24 hr access, convenient location, moderate prices and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place to meet all your storage needs.

Walked in off the street, within 10 minutes we figured out what size unit we needed, paid, and were all set to go. They’ve made our process of moving as simple as possible. Barb was super helpful even with their office computers having issues while she was signing us up. I’m definitely keeping their number in case I need to move again soon.

My metal band was looking for a practice space in Wake County, and I had called around to nearly 10 places. I was surprised by how many either won’t allow bands or lack the features needed like electricity, 24⁄7 access, ample space.
Glad we found this place! We got a nice 10×25 space that seems to be designed for bands with its concrete walls, two outlets, two doors, two sets of lights. Price was better compared to the places I called in Cary and Raleigh too. Also, there is no long-​term contract– it is month to month.
Mine includes $ 2000 of insurance with no deductible. I think they said I could add an extra $ 1000 for like $ 3 or $ 4 per month. Personally, I like having the peace of mind that I would not need to go through my homeowners insurance should something happen.
So far, am very pleased with the space, and it is right by 540, and only a few minutes from 440.

We started off with 2 units, one inside 10X10 and one outside 10X20 in 2013 after we sold our house. We moved into an apartment and consolidated into the one outside 10X20. There was a increase after a few months but we continued with them because their units are clean and easy to get to and easy to load and unload from. The outside lighting makes it secure in the dark and I’ve even gone in while it was dark and didn’t feel creepy or scared. I’ve never been asked to buy insurance from them as the other reviewer stated. It was also very handy to have the site so close to I540 and I440 when I sold some of the things we did not need any more. With all the cameras around, no one was going to do anything like grab the stuff and run LOL. Besides, they couldn’t get out without the code. With the exception of the rate increase I’ve been quite happy with them.
