Went here for Friday brunch. We had about a 15 wait which wasn’t bad because when we pulled up the parking a lot was full so we just knew we were going to be waiting forever considering it was black Friday.
Our waitress was very attentive got our order quickly, kept our drinks filled, and checked on us often but not overly too much.
The food came out hot and was cooked as we requested.
Overall I was pleased.

This IHOP is just like any other in the chain but the food is good and the wait staff is exceptional! If you go for dinner, ask for Rambo to be your waiter. He is the best!!! For being like any other IHOP, the wait staff really does make this IHOP shine.

Normally speedy service, but was a bit slow tonight even though it wasn’t full. Our very pretty server was trying to cash out 2 tickets at once and the customers were either flirting or flustering her. The manager came & took our order. Food was good as always, only little hitch was the ants along the window sill at our booth. Not one of our better visits

Been here a lot and usually love the food but the service is only okay most of the time. We got Heather as our waitress just now and she is amazing! I would definitely come again and request her services!

My best experience at an Ihop. I usually stay away from Ihop due to previous issues. Had a great time. Sat in less than 10 minutes ordered a steak and had it in less than 10 minutes. Had to tell the manager we had a great time.

We all like deals and what better deal than having a FREE breakfast for your birthday.
I accompanied a friend who was extremely excited to partake in this offer.
I enjoy the variety of breakfast items at IHOP, however the service is extremely lacking.
Once the server found out that it was my friends birthday, she assumed that we were not going to ordering anything else and did not bother to ask me if I wanted to eat.
She slid two, luke warm waters on the table and tossed two straws in our direction.
The breakfast came and it was cold; my friend lost her appetite and we got up and told the manager on duty.
He wanted to remedy the situation, but we did not have enough time to start over again.

I met fellow Unilocaler and friend Trenda S. for a breakfast in honor of her birthday. We chose this location as it was convenient to both of us to eat and then be able to go to work.
Our server was good. Kept check on us but was not intrusive to our conversation.
The birthday girl got pumpkin pancakes, and I got the bacon omelette. Our food was brought to the table with minimal wait. Both of us enjoyed our choices.
Overall a good breakfast experience.

I had better service, Trevor was just too busy. Its strange how sit people. This guy had 8 – 10 tables. We order a very simple breakfast, never got water refill until he came over and asked, Shame that a person, who is there to serve you ask if you want more of anything. Like I said, service was poor, food was very good. Clean restaurant overall.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this IHOP. Went for breakfast today (Memorial Day) and it was very busy. We received a friendly greeting and were seated quickly. Tina, one of the servers, stopped by to tell us our server’s name and that she would get us drinks. She brought the drink and then took our order. She ended up serving us and it was truly outstanding service. The order was correct and the food was hot and fresh. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff seemed to be well managed.

Not good! Order wrong twice, food was cold and even tasted frozen/​instant. Our server was also rude. My family loves ihop but we all agreed not to come back to this location. The 2 locations in Raleigh off Six Forks/​Lead Mine and Capital Blvd are outstanding.

Though I am HOOKED on Denny’s, for personal reasons. This particular I Hop is very nice. Staff is wonderful. Dishes come out prepared well. Cant say anything bad about the place. Will be back again and again.

Going to IHOP is about expectations. This IHOP was no different than any other. The staff and service was average and the food was good… for IHOP. We went there to support the Children’s Miracle Network.

Yikes! Today was not a good food day here. I had to send the same Bacon and egg omlette back twice and the hash browns twice. The hash browns were hard and crunchy and the real egg I asked for was imitation and the Bacon was chew like country ham.
Service 2⁄5 food 2⁄5.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. The staff especially the general manager Duke has treated my family horribly. Please go anywhere but here. I will never eat at this ihop again. I will drive clear across town and find an ihop anywhere if i feel it is even worth the bother. IHOP needs to hire a manager that is not mean spirited, unpleasant, and hateful.

Great place to eat any time of the day. Who doesn’t love breakfast food any time of the day? The kids love to go, my wife can find a hot meal that isn’t breakfast oriented. This is a little over priced restaurant but it is worth every penny.

My men’s group from church meets here once a month. The food is fine and is typical for IHOP. This is a very new location, so it still looks good. I dropped a star because the service, while it has been efficient, has been rather dour every time I’ve been there. I know it can be a little daunting for one waitress to handle a table of ten to twenty guys, but we are not a demanding group, and a smile once in a while would be nice :-)
