My experience with this location(Knightdale) has been horrible. I had my appointment on 12⁄5. My doctor was nice, but the guy helping me choose frames seemed as if he wanted to be elsewhere. Ordered my frames and purchased sunglasses. On 12/7, I returned to exchange my sunglasses for a pair that would allow me to add my prescription. I noticed I did not receive the proper credit for the difference in pay for the sunglasses and emailed customer service. Received a quick reply that I would be mailed a refund check. Great! On 12/10, I received a call that the frames I ordered were no longer available. Returned to the office on 12⁄12 to order new frames. I didn’t hear anything, so I contacted the office on 12⁄21. The associate stated one pair was due to arrive that day and the other pair on 12⁄23. 12⁄23 passed with no word from anyone. I contacted the office again on 12⁄29 and was told they were there! Apparently, no one had planned to call and inform me. Surprisingly, on 12/30, I get a voice mail that my glasses are ready. Really? I already knew that because I called on 12⁄29! Pick up my glasses on 12⁄30 and ask about my sunglasses. The associate tells me he will contact the company on 12⁄31 to find out what’s going on and let me know what he finds out. As of today, 1/9, I have not received a call/update. So, I will be calling again on Monday. Remember the refund I was supposed to receive? As of today, I have not received it. I sent emails to customer service on 12⁄27 and 12⁄30 to get an update on the refund. No one bothered to respond to my emails. This business has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. What type of business just leaves their customers in limbo? What is so hard about replying to an email or picking up the phone to tell me the order has been delayed… something! Instead, all I received was silence. I will not give them my business next year!
