I don’t usually write reviews but this office deserves one. In a profession where most people can be nervous or fearful, I felt like I was with family. From the time I entered the office till I met Dr. Libfraind the atmosphere was warm and professional. I have been back a few times now and have consistently received a high level of service. There is no need to go anywhere else.

Our family has been going to Dr. Libfraind for many years. The office staff is very accommodating — whether it’s finding time to fit in an appointment for our son when he’s visiting Raleigh (he now lives in Boston) — or responding to a request for an immediate appointment due to tooth pain. The hygienists are friendly and thorough; the preventive care we receive is excellent. Dr. Libfraind is gentle, taking his time and carefully ensuring that patients experience no pain when a cavity is being filled or during any other procedure. When additional work is indicated, he explains potential options and recommends specialists if necessary. We were originally referred to Dr. Libfraind by friends, and we would unhesitatingly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a dentist in the Raleigh area.

I am sorry the other two had such a bad experience, but as a Navy wife we have moved around a lot. Having been to many dentists throughout the years and I cannot say enough great things about this dental office. The people know you as soon as you walk in, greet you with a smile and laugh, and the dentist is extremely personable. A big factor for a dentist is pain, and so far I have experienced none. This is saying a lot in light of having two cavities filled and a crown. Keep up the great work Dr. Libfraind and crew!

Used him for years– one day I complained about excessive amount of time I had to wait for the hygienist and instead of an apology, he was extremely rude. Never went back and neither did my husband.
