This pharmacy is a nightmare. Came in for a flu shot and really wish I had gone to CVS instead. The lady at the register was so unfriendly. She didn’t greet me. She never smiled once. She acted like she hated her job and like I was annoying her. I stood at the counter forever, and other customers came up and were not greeted either. She did tell one lady to have a nice day, but it sounded forced.

Horrible, horrible pharmacy. They have given the wrong dose of my son’s medication twice. They lost my script that I dropped off. They are extremely slow and rude. I live within walking distance and no longer use them!

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I’ve been kept on hold for 40 minutes before. Dealing with the staff isn’t any better in person. Once, I was told they didn’t have my medicine in stock after I dragged my very sick self out of bed to come pick it up. I don’t live very far away but when my head hurts so badly I can barely see straight, even a short drive is challenging. I don’t know why they didn’t inform me about my medicine being out of stock while they had me on the phone. Even on a good day, this pharmacy is still slower than most walgreens and very poorly run. Just go to the new been location instead.

Generally don’t get prescriptions filled here, but it was late and they are open til 10. The store is clean and staff friendly. The pharmacist, Staci, was smiling and helpful (even at 9:30pm). I will consider returning here. Also, they have very good selection of food items and wine.

This is a very nice Walgreens. Where they compete with Wal-​Mart, I usually prefer to come here. The prices are similar, and the store is easy to navigate. The only negative is that this location is a little hard to get into if you are coming from the west on 64.
