Armstrong Relocation

Moving is never easy. So much to consider. Timing. Size of the move. Care of your belongings. Armstrong Relocation took all of the stress out of or local move. Their staff and crew was so helpful and caring. There was never any question about the handling of our home and its contents. Honestly, watching them pack the truck was a skill I didn’t know existed. Crazy good skills! While I’m not excited about moving again, I’ll definitely be calling the Armstrong crew when I do!

I initially wanted to use Armstrong because of how they moved a neighbor. After leaving two messages and two on-​line requests, there was no response from them. Very disappointing.

«Great communication from everyone involved at Armstrong and United. Many thanks to Laura Scraggs who took her time to actually go to our storage facility and give us an accurate estimate of what it would cost to move us from Tennessee to San Diego. Our stuff had been in storage 4 years and we couldn’t remember what was stored and we could not be onsite for the loading process. It required a shuttle from storage to the trailer. Out of 20 Mover’s begging for our business with all kinds of discounts and promises, Laura was the only one who personally went to our storage facility and gave us an inventory list and guaranteed price. Much, much appreciated. Dena Trask kept us in the loop during the moving process and was available for input and questions. She’s a delight to work with. ANDY our driver was superb. He stayed in contact and let us know exactly when our furniture would be delivered (which was sooner than expected.). He had to arrange a local San Diego shuttle because of the narrow roads and driveway where we live. He personally supervised every detail of the delivery and was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Extra kudos to all this crew. It required at least 3 shuttles to make it all work and there were no hidden charges at the end. The guaranteed estimate was our final cost. Not a penny more. NO gotcha at the end as with some movers. United’s estimate may have been a little more expensive, but it was worth every penny to have our furniture and priceless possessions delivered on-​time and without any damage whatsoever. VERY professional and Highly recommended. Would hire united again!»

Moving can be incredibly stressful, but the process with Armstrong Relocation was executed perfectly! They were efficient, kind, thorough, and have extremely competitive rates. My experience honestly couldn’t have been any better!
The movers were exceptionally professional, and from start to finish, every detail was handled with care. It was such a relief for me to work with a company I knew I could trust.

From the move coordinator to the actual packers and delivery men, everyone was very helpful and courteous. Moving is never fun, but they tried to make it as painless as possible. The guys did a good job of getting things to the places I designated and were patient with me as I was juggling a few things at a time while they were here.
